陳舊設施：快二十年的酒店了，再怎麼保養維護説實話也該翻新了
合格衞生：儘管阿姨都很用心打掃，可設施老舊，再怎麼打掃也舊舊的灰濛濛的，但床單浴巾毛巾什麼都洗的很乾凈，畢竟之前也是個老五星該有的還是有的！
優秀服務：服務是我選擇這家酒店的唯一原因，不管是打掃阿姨還是收乾洗衣物的服務人員態度都很熱情，會主動幫我減免洗衣的費用（洗衣服務
説實話真的不貴）洗了七八件厚的；150最後還退了57；真的很良心了；
不管是國外還是國內，我即住過的4w一晚的，也住過140一晚的；這是唯一一家主動通過觀察你生活習慣，來幫助你解決問題的酒店！比如，她看到你會使用一次性浴缸袋，在之後再次打掃時會幫你補很多一次性用品！又比如怕你着急穿衣，主動幫你加急洗衣服務；還會提供一一次性晾衣架給你
雖然這些都是小事情，但感覺很用心的替你着想！有被温暖到！
早餐也不錯，感覺唯一不好的就是停車場！車位少不説，路面停車場**車也長期佔車位，完全沒有空餘空間停車！特權車會長期佔用消防通道！B1層長期沒空位；停車全憑運氣；住了十天，衹有一天停在B1；B2也滿，需要轉一圈找位置！地下停車場設計差勁犄角旮旯的，轉彎要特別當心！一條車道路線設計的不好，這點讓人感覺非常不舒服！希望改進！

我比較喜歡這樣的位置的酒店，出了鄭州東站地鐵5站直達，從酒店出發算起，45分鐘就已經到了東站三層出發廳，完全避免堵車煩惱，開車坐公交都方便。而且5號線這段路人不多，一點不擠。酒店對面是個大公園，旁邊還有河，喜歡跑步的人住這裏太方便了。房間中規中矩，畢竟時間比較長了，電視很小。但衞生間不錯，有浴缸，淋浴房也不小，帶小孩的給孩子洗澡也夠大。就是淋浴噴頭要是改成吊頂式，裏面再加一個掛鈎掛毛巾就更好了。酒店有無煙樓層，對煙味不喜歡的可以選。外面臨街但不吵，空調也還可以。早餐不錯，種類多味道好。以後再來鄭州就住這裏了，春夏對面公園都綠了應該景色不錯，就是不知道旁邊的河能不能釣魚。
喜歡吃燴麪的可以去離這裏最近的一家合記燴麪，味道非常好。

本來以為老酒店設施陳舊，但是出乎意料之外，挺不錯的，房間很大，視野很開闊，前台給升級了看景的房間，送了早餐，早餐也出乎意料的好，品種很多。酒店位置很棒，出門就是地鐵站，對面就是公園。入住的時候天氣很好，出門散步曬太陽好棒！而且價格適中，性價比高。總體很漂亮，是個令人放鬆的地方

酒店有點老舊。服務不錯，有問題找前台，響應比較快。
酒店早餐很一般，比很多四星的標準都差。
酒店最讓我意外的是公共區域居然沒開暖氣，生意冷清，入住率低，所以沒開吧。這年頭生意難做，商家也不容易。
