Para un viaje familiar, tuve la suerte de alojarme en el Hotel Intercontinental. Está ubicado en Taizicheng, a solo 5 minutos en auto de la estación de tren de alta velocidad. Puede caminar hasta los famosos lugares escénicos de las ruinas de Taizicheng, lo que hace que viajar sea muy conveniente.
El vestíbulo del hotel es espacioso y luminoso y el estilo de decoración combina la sencillez moderna y la elegancia clásica. Alice FRED, miembro del personal, le dio una cálida bienvenida, se registró de manera eficiente y también le brindó cuidadosamente consejos sobre visitas turísticas y comida en los alrededores.
Las habitaciones están bien equipadas y bien iluminadas. La cama es suave y cómoda, y la ropa de cama está limpia y ordenada, lo que me ayuda a eliminar rápidamente la fatiga. We just loved our 3-night stay at the Thaiwoo Hotel! First off, it was so clean, which is really important when traveling with family – you want everything to feel spotless and comfortable, and that’s exactly what we had here. The location was fantastic, especially for skiing families like ours. It’s just steps from the ski resort entrance, so no stressing about long walks or shuttles. Honestly, it couldn’t be more convenient!
There were plenty of food places around for easy dinners after a long day on the slopes, and the hotel’s breakfast was Chinese-style and absolutely satisfying. It gave us all the energy we needed for the day ahead – just perfect for both kids and adults!
The service was another highlight. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and traveling moms know how much little things like that matter. Plus, the hotel even offers a convenient transfer to the train stations, which made our trip so much easier. No headaches or complicated logistics – just smooth sailing!
We had such a wonderful time and will absolutely be coming back. If you’re planning a family ski trip, I can’t recommend the Thaiwoo Hotel enough. It checked all the boxes for us, and we can’t wait to return!

Viene un mundo de dos personas desde Trip.com y vino bien. No es una coincidencia. Estoy en mantenimiento. Las instalaciones de la agencia de entretenimiento se suspenden. 雪如意維景酒店我是無論如何都要好評的！大大小小住過這麼多酒店 維景是我感受最好的 服務比阿那亞好太多了 更多的感受到了温暖和人情味 入住第一天前台兩個小姐姐施淼和王雅珍 主動幫我們兩間房挑到同一層 提的要求 衹要能滿足全都會滿足 非常有耐心 第二天滑雪 突然過敏 我的過敏屬於比較急的 容易嚴重 前台的小哥哥馬志多接到雪場打的電話 因為接駁車已經返回了 小哥哥開着自己的車來接的我 送到酒店緊急吃抗過敏葯物 非常及時 沒有到呼吸困難的程度 一般有這種情況都是派接駁車 自己車來接 我是真的沒想到 雪板放在後座 非常快把我送到酒店 想了想是不是要把這種無私的工作狀態發出來 這本就不是應該的 也不要提倡讓工作人員額外付出 總之以後會多來雪如意

Location is directly opposite the fulong four season town物业服务中心 canteen, open for breakfast lunch and dinner, if you are too tired to head to chongli town after a full day of skiing. Boss lent me his card so i could get discount at the canteen. The location is ideal, a few stops by internal shuttle bus to fulong ski resort, shuttle bus stop is just downstairs. And it takes bout 10 mins to walk to chongli town where there is plenty of restaurants and ski equipment rental. I rented my entire set of ski equipment from the boss' shop, he gave me a good discount as i was staying for a long period. It is the cheapest rental i saw in the whole chongli town. And his ski equipment are newly purchased from french brand rossignol and very clean.
Other than that, boss also offered two way transport to chongli railway station and helped with booking of ski tickets, ski instructor etc. He even recommended a good sports massage place to me after i had sore muscles from skiing! Basically, you just need to book accomodation thru boss and he handles the rest for a stress-free ski holiday!

El entorno es muy bueno, el personal es cálido y educado, me permitió relajar mucho antes del examen, alivió la ansiedad que trajo la implicación a largo plazo, el desayuno es rica y agradable, pero no tengo mucho que comer. Un poco de azúcar en sangre bajo el día, el personal del hotel se escapó mucho para encontrar un gran paquete de azúcar. Una experiencia muy feliz, deseo que el negocio del hotel se desarrolle cada vez mejor.

UUsuario invitadoRoom was warm and stuffy. Staff did not mention the air conditioner was not in use prior to check in. There werent enough ventilation through the night as there only one small window that could be opened, and there’s an air purifier, which they mentioned could function as a fan but with minimal efficacy. Staff did mention about changing room at night when we informed then it was warm, but we dont think that would make any difference at all. All in all, we suggest they provide a proper electric fan which serves a good alternative to switching off the main air conditioner due to autumn.

我們在張家口國際大酒店住了一晚。雖然剛入住時遇到了水流慢且不熱的問題，但酒店當晚就迅速解決了。特別感謝客房服務員楓月，她非常熱情和抱歉，得知我們有孩子後，貼心地送來了飲料和零食，讓我們感到十分温暖。
第二天的早餐非常美味，選擇也很豐富。酒店的位置也很便利。儘管有小小的不便，但整體入住體驗還是很滿意的。
Excellent Service and Convenient Stay
We stayed one night at Zhangjiakou International Hotel. Although we initially encountered an issue with slow and cold water, it was resolved promptly the same night. Special thanks to the housekeeper, 楓月, who was incredibly helpful and apologetic. Knowing we had children, she thoughtfully provided drinks and snacks, which made us feel very cared for.
The next morning, we enjoyed a very delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. The hotel’s convenient location is another plus. Overall, a great stay despite the initial hiccup.

Special mention to the Executive chef Scott Zhang who made sure we got our meals as how we wanted .The front office Paul Zhang and Joseph were really helpful.
The restaurant staff are really spot on too.
Breakfast was amazing ...a buffet with all sorts of food for the three days we stayed the food items were different. There's alacarte service for the rest of the day which is ok.
Very clean rooms and despite the temperature dip the room was heated well.
Enjoyed the skiing that's close to the hotel .Lots of activities to do.We couldn't ask for a better Christmas.
Will definitely recommend people with families to enjoy the hot tubs on the 10th floor after a day of skiing you can relax at the Steam and Sauna .
Great service and overall the Staff are well motivated.

I am from Medan ,Indonesia .I can't resist writing a review of this hotel.The service at this hotel is very good that I feel comfortable like at home. So you don't feel lonely even if you stay 20 days at this hotel. Breakfast and lunch suit my tongue. And when I encountered difficulties I was greatly helped by 姚主管 . When package from another city is sent to me that is sent to the wrong address. I was also helped by the hotel vice president directly to pick it up. Also helped with food delivery by Xiao Chen Supervisor.When I checked out I was given ride by the hotel to the railway station.
It really a very good experience , meeting very kind people at this hotel.
Will stay at this hotel when I come back.

In fact all staff members were so friendly and helpful. Well trained and so focused on customer care and satisfaction, Willy and his restaurant staff were at our every beck and call and more.it would be unfair to mention just a few names because everyone was so attentive to the guests The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the waterpark and kids club are wonderful and a great way to entertain guests. We will definitely return to the Crowne Plaza Huailai here and highly recommend it to everyone. Our boy enjoyed playing with the rabbits too.
