The location is great. Easy to reach by train with free shuttle bus provided to and from the station. Also free shuttle bus around the resort. The room was excellent. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a living area and kitchenette for a great price. Very comfortable beds and lovely and warm. Lovely showers in the 2 bathrooms. Very close to skiing facilities - could get to all the gear rental and slopes right from behind the hotel. Breakfast was decent - my children found a few things they liked. Mostly Chinese but a few western things like baked goods. The resort is huge with most of the facilities based in another building a short walk away. The kids play zone is great but extra money and was unfortunately closed for 2 of our 3 days in Thaiwoo. No pool here. Fantastic for skiing and all staff we met were really friendly, kind and helpful.

We received a very warm welcome when we arrived in the morning. We are allowed to check into our room early despite the check in time is 12pm, and we received free movie tickets too. There is a range of Chinese tea to choose from for the afternoon tea. The breakfast is yummy, and the service is fantastic, the lady manager arrange to send us to the train station when we leave .
