當日晚上12點多，臨時要處理一些文件，沒有拿電腦，很着急，所以詢問前台可否用前台電腦辦公，前台回覆不能用公司電腦，但是她有個人電腦，可以借我用一下，當時一下解決了我的燃眉之急，不僅如此，在辦公時，也沒有催促我，更是給我了一定的私人空間，説明很大方也很大度，因為我穿着睡衣在1樓辦公，還幫我拿了自己的小毯子，怕我着涼，光是這個舉動我覺得真的很暖心，不僅是在平時的培訓工作中很到位，也能看得出，也是很善良的菇涼，很貼心，在我再三追問下這位員工叫“樑靜”，我覺得應該讓她出現在公眾面前，值得點贊！ 此外，18️⃣1🖐️房間的水管位置很奇怪，總是有異響，很影響休息，和前台溝通後，幫我儘可能的延續很晚退房，雖然睡眠收到影響，但是服務很到位，基本常來這兒，這次的服務體驗很OK，值得點評一下

Este es un hotel muy bonito, esquí en esquí, seguro para el esquí, el personal realmente cuida de sus huéspedes, mi estancia está incluida la entrada de esquí para 2, y tan sorprendido que el hotel gratis actualiza mi habitación para la vista de esquí. El servicio es absolutamente excelente. El autobús gratuito de la estación de tren Chongli al hotel, Aranya & corte de Marriott es la misma compañía también bajo Marriott. Me quedaría aquí para esquí de nuevo el año próximo.

El examen ha llegado, no he reservado Trip.com para coordinarme aquí. El entorno es muy bueno, el personal es cálido y educado, me permitió relajar mucho antes del examen, alivió la ansiedad que trajo la implicación a largo plazo, el desayuno es rica y agradable, pero no tengo mucho que comer. Un poco de azúcar en sangre bajo el día, el personal del hotel se escapó mucho para encontrar un gran paquete de azúcar. Una experiencia muy feliz, deseo que el negocio del hotel se desarrolle cada vez mejor.

I stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry. I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced. One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English. At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

We just loved our 3-night stay at the Thaiwoo Hotel! First off, it was so clean, which is really important when traveling with family – you want everything to feel spotless and comfortable, and that’s exactly what we had here. The location was fantastic, especially for skiing families like ours. It’s just steps from the ski resort entrance, so no stressing about long walks or shuttles. Honestly, it couldn’t be more convenient! There were plenty of food places around for easy dinners after a long day on the slopes, and the hotel’s breakfast was Chinese-style and absolutely satisfying. It gave us all the energy we needed for the day ahead – just perfect for both kids and adults! The service was another highlight. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and traveling moms know how much little things like that matter. Plus, the hotel even offers a convenient transfer to the train stations, which made our trip so much easier. No headaches or complicated logistics – just smooth sailing! We had such a wonderful time and will absolutely be coming back. If you’re planning a family ski trip, I can’t recommend the Thaiwoo Hotel enough. It checked all the boxes for us, and we can’t wait to return!
