I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally warm and inviting, with an attractive design that made it feel both comfortable and stylish. The staff were outstanding—polite, friendly, and always eager to assist with any needs, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The food was reasonably priced, served in generous portions, and of excellent quality. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. The room was spotlessly clean, reflecting the hotel’s high standards, and the view from our room was simply breathtaking.
Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations in both service and comfort, making it a place I would highly recommend

硬件都是原來的洲際華邑酒店的，沒有什麼可以挑剔的，整體來説性價比還不錯。
就是提一個建議，早上10:30突然打電話來問是不是還要續住，這個點週末大家都是在休息的，還好今天起的早差點就被吵醒了？
我本人一年一百個晚上的五星級酒店，沒有遇到過這種情況。
這種莫名其妙的電話沒有任何意義，如果要續住不續住都不是這個電話可以來左右的，雖然後麪道歉了還送了水果但這種行為真的是很不應該。
雖然現在已經不是國際五星酒店了，但希望在這種軟件服務上還能有所注意。

I stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry.
I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced.
One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English.
At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

加半天房費的時候我問前台，煥新和活力兩種房間有什麼不同，前台小丫頭説不上來，又去問別人，等了好半天，回覆活力有浴缸，煥新沒有浴缸！這次住的是雙人沒有浴缸的房間，洗手間非常小，我就納悶了：為什麼上次我的訂單同樣是煥新房型，卻是有浴缸，這次沒有？
套餐裏有一頓飯，我們晚上8點去的，他們9點下班，可能是着急下班吧，沙拉全是水，混上沙拉醬，跟和泥一樣

UUsuario invitadoValue for money accomodation. Very clean by a singaporean's standard
Location is directly opposite the fulong four season town物业服务中心 canteen, open for breakfast lunch and dinner, if you are too tired to head to chongli town after a full day of skiing. Boss lent me his card so i could get discount at the canteen. The location is ideal, a few stops by internal shuttle bus to fulong ski resort, shuttle bus stop is just downstairs. And it takes bout 10 mins to walk to chongli town where there is plenty of restaurants and ski equipment rental. I rented my entire set of ski equipment from the boss' shop, he gave me a good discount as i was staying for a long period. It is the cheapest rental i saw in the whole chongli town. And his ski equipment are newly purchased from french brand rossignol and very clean.
Other than that, boss also offered two way transport to chongli railway station and helped with booking of ski tickets, ski instructor etc. He even recommended a good sports massage place to me after i had sore muscles from skiing! Basically, you just need to book accomodation thru boss and he handles the rest for a stress-free ski holiday!

QQueenNatWooThere were good things and bad things for this weekend trip. The bad things did not ruin the trip and we still have a great time. First, the parking here is so horrible. We drove around a few times to find a spot to oark. We couldn’t drive up to check-in. The parking garage was full and asking the guard about where to park he said the lot and garage were at capacity. We arrived well after the checkin time but our room was not ready and were still being cleaned. It took 4 people to check us in but they eventually got it sorted but this was an issue that was not in their control. They made the process very smooth and stored our luggage as we waited in the lobby. They have Starbucks” in the lobby and we waited for the rooms. The rooms were amazing and had that old world few feel to them. The beds were comfortable and the suites were very spacious. We had both a 1 bedroom suite and an executive suite. The breakfast did not live up to expectations they were slow to refill juices and left with a feeling of being mediocre. Steamed buns were soggy. We ordered food from
Delivery and ate dinner out.

Tthe.travelerGreat hotel to stay at for a ski getaway, location is perfect as the ski slopes are right behind it. Depending on your booking they offer a 20% discount with Thaiwoo Ski Resort where you’ll go to get all the ski equipments if you don’t have your own including ski suit. I bought a 3 day ski pass which costs 1173 RMB plus a deposit of 2200 RMB (immediately returned on the last day of skiing). The room is like an apartment, kitchen area with all the necessary amenities to cook except pots and utensils (bring your own if you plan to do that), living room, bathroom and bedroom plus a small balcony. Plus also a washing machine. Btw, to get to the hotel, there is a free shuttle bus from Taizicheng train station, just follow the signs for the bus and which one stops at A&B Hotel. Check the schedule for departure times as the go according to train arrival and departure times. The Taiwu town area has plenty of restaurants and shops and the ski slopes closes at 4:30 pm.

LLily in wonderlandWe just loved our 3-night stay at the Thaiwoo Hotel! First off, it was so clean, which is really important when traveling with family – you want everything to feel spotless and comfortable, and that’s exactly what we had here. The location was fantastic, especially for skiing families like ours. It’s just steps from the ski resort entrance, so no stressing about long walks or shuttles. Honestly, it couldn’t be more convenient!
