Es un hotel estupendo!
Super limpio, la habitación bonita, equipada con todo tipo de accesorios, olor muy agradable, no le falta detalle.
La atención es muy amable, con gran ayuda para planificar las visitas al parque, comprar entradas, etc.
Se comunican bien con su traductor.
El hotel es libre de tabaco, lo que en China es de agradecer. Además está muy cerca en el centro, cerca del teatro de espectáculo y múltiples lugares para comer o pasear. Pero en una zona tranquila del río, con bonitas vistas y tranquilidad total para descansar.
La cama y almohadas muy cómodas
El desayuno es muy completo y bueno, te ofrecen también leche y cereales, por si no te apetece el tradicional chino.
Lo de lavarte la ropa es y puntazo

El hotel es bastante nuevo, muy limpio y el personal es muy amable y atento, respondiendo todas las dudas que teníamos y ayudando en la gestión de entradas a parques y lavado de ropa ¡muy contentos con esto¡. Los desayunos son tradicionales y excelentes. En general un diseño moderno y cómodo.

服務特別到位 張家界的旅遊其實挺複雜的 但是酒店根據我們的需求 幫忙安排了非常周密的行程 一行長者比較多 但所有的建議都非常貼合長者的需求
酒店設施也超出預期 有民宿的氛圍 但是設施非常完善 比如吹風機是戴森的 電視是小度操控的 etc etc
下次到張家界一定還定這家民宿 😁

This hotel was absolutely wonderful — and I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, so I have plenty to compare it to. If I had to rate it on a scale from one to ten, I’d give it 11 points — no, wait — 12 points! The owner of the hotel is a very kind person who provided us with lots of useful information while we were exploring this beautiful region. I could turn to him with any request, and he was always ready to help. The hotel is beautifully furnished, with great attention to every little detail. If I come back to this area again, I will definitely stay here.

我一般不主動評論，除非特別差或特別好我才會有評論的沖動，這一次是整體感受特別好讓我從一入住就有給好評的沖動。
在攜程上預訂後，老闆就聯繫我，給我導航地址，給我旅遊提示，暖心的讓我到之前提前告知好提前給我們開空調，在這炎熱的夏季收穫滿滿的涼意。
由於晚上才到，而且民宿位於比較核心地段，晚上比較熱鬧，到了以後，老闆引導我開到民宿安頓好停車，並親自帶到客房，交代房間電器環境如何使用，並交代有臟衣服拿下去幫忙洗，第二天早上衣服就已經洗好疊好了。
整體感受堪比五星級酒店，環境整體有格調有氛圍有講究有追求，老闆熱情心細，服務體貼周到細節到位，房間內電器設備選品講究有品位，早餐豐盛有營養，被枕乾淨衞生。是一次完美的體驗！

老闆娘特別好，定了民宿後主動聯繫我們，我們出發前就一直在聯繫，有求必應，一到民宿進房後好智能化阿而且特別乾淨。所有設施設備都很高級哦，智能馬桶，還有超大屏ipad，小朋友玩的不亦樂乎，晚餐後還可以河邊散步，生活如此安逸。服務比五星級酒店，幫忙洗衣烘乾，早餐也很有儀式感，還可以打包咖啡，要不是趕下個行程，我們都想住多一晚，實在太舒適了。我兒子也好想住多一晚，還説下次還想來入住。
