El desayuno es muy rico, también se puede pedir huevos y waffles. Las instalaciones de la habitación también son muy buenas, hay una pequeña cuna, el invierno se ponen muy calientes. El hotel tiene una piscina al aire libre en una capa, el frío es muy emocionante durante dos días. Hay un campo de hockey en la puerta. Una mañana, los niños practican el hockey, y es divertido verlo juntos.»

«For a truly memorable stay in Zermatt, look no further than the Traditional Julen Hotel. We travelled throughout Switzerland, and the view from our Matterhorn room was hands down the best we experienced. Waking up to that iconic peak every morning was simply breathtaking. The service at the Julen is impeccable. The staff is incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to meet every need we had, making us feel truly welcome. Speaking of needs, be sure to grab a bite at their downstairs restaurant. The food is excellent, though the space is a little on the cozy (some might say claustrophobic) side. Don't let that deter you, though - the culinary experience is well worth it. Overall, the Traditional Julen Hotel is a fantastic choice. Splurge on the Matterhorn room for an unforgettable view, and rest assured knowing you'll be taken care of by a truly exceptional team. Highly recommended!»

«I wish to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Hotel Bistrols from Dec 16 to Dec 17. During my stay, I experienced an incident that left me quite unsettled. Around 20 mins after my check-in to the hotel, another group of tourists (think was a couple) was able to use hotel access card to access my room, we, both parties are shocked and super embarrassed. This situation raised significant concerns about the security protocols in place at the hotel. As a guest, I expect a certain level of safety. If the room was accidentally opened without my presence, I am not sure whether my belongings are going to disappear, this situation made me had just a light sleep throughout the whole stay. The lack of adequate security measures not only compromised my sense of safety but also made me question the overall management of the hotel. In an age where guest security is paramount, I believe that Hotel Bistrols should prioritize ensuring that all rooms are properly secured and that guests feel safe throughout their stay. A point to add is that the receptionist has poor attitude towards her service. The whole experience which I would not consider to give this hotel another try in future. I hope that the hotel will take my concerns seriously and address these issues for future guests.»

«完美的酒店，感謝拉吉納貝爾為我們提供了完美的服務，還為我們升級了能看到馬特洪峯的大公寓房型。下面總結一下酒店特點： 1、酒店離采爾馬特車站和View point都很近，拖着行李箱走過去很方便，5分鐘左右。而且酒店還提供免費短泊巴士（采爾馬特特有的電瓶車）。 2、酒店本身設施一流，特別是這次入住的3號樓是新樓，景色也是完美，在酒店陽台就能看到view point的景色。水療設施也是全新的有兩個室外泳池一個水温高一點，一個略低。都帶沖浪和按摩功能。 3、酒店服務一流，入住時前台小姐姐還親自帶我們去房間給我們做了Rome tour。早餐也是本次旅行中最豐盛的，有新鮮的煙燻三文魚刺身，和各類火腿、冷盤、水果和蔬菜都是新鮮的，還有homelet。 4、酒店門口就是采爾馬特小鎮免費巴士站，可以去任何地方，包括冰川天堂、五湖纜車站和內格拉特線火車站。»

«Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.»

«8月下旬、日本からツェルマットへ。 こちらのホテルに2泊しました。 チェックイン、アウト共にホテル↔︎ツェルマット駅の 無料送迎があり、とても助かりました。 (チェックインの日、ツェルマット駅にホテルの名前が書かれた車が停まっていたので、運転手さんに声をかけて、乗せてもらいました。チェックアウト後は、フロントから運転手さんに声がかかり、駅まで送ってもらいました) お部屋はマッターホルンビューで、とても快適に過ごせました。朝、昼、夜と、バルコニーから見える全ての景色に感動。スタッフのみなさんも親切で安心しました。 朝食も美味しく、朝食を食べるレストランの大きな窓からは、マッターホルンが見えて、とても美しい景色を堪能できました。またツェルマットに宿泊する際は、こちらのホテルに泊まりたいです。かなりオススメです！»
