AAthonicEl mejor hotel que he tenido en Diplolog-polanco.
Instalaciones: completadas con ducha y AC, agradables instalaciones y muy bien trabajado.
Salud: limpia y muy cómoda
Ambiente: zona agradable y buena mantenimiento en jardinería.
Servicio: buen servicio y vivir sin problemas.

UUsuario anónimoAriana Hotel was such a great find during our trip. Easy access to public transportation and the room was overall clean. Staff were really great although there were some moments that no one was at the front desk. Breakfast was okay, but a bit disappointed that their bartender leaves early (last call between 6-7) and that their cafe had no coffee when we were there. The pool was alright although it would be better if they have pool towels we can use separately from our bath towels.

RreginstravelsA quaint hotel. Historic and lovely. It used to be an ancestral house of the Sagario clan. You can really feel the charm, soul, and the vibe.
It is not far from the plaza and cathedral, too.
Breakfast can be improved. Corned Beef is not healthy. Maybe you can think of other options.
Some ACs are very noisy. Improve this.

OOliver OAbsolutely thrilled with our stay at Villa Angelina Luxury Suites! Our little family had an amazing time, and our daughter especially enjoyed every moment. The accommodations were top-notch, and the atmosphere was perfect for family fun. Highly recommend for a memorable family getaway!

Hhelena wayThe room 208 where we stayed is spacious. With window but we can't open. The air conditioning was good. We had television, a cabinet, a table, and a monoblock chair. We also had two towel. The cabinet had one hanger that was fixed there. We didn't have other means to hang our clothes. The shower has heater. Just takes time to work. Though it leaks for a while after you close it. The CR also had a sink and a mirror. But we didn't have soap in the CR.
We didn't have breakfast there. I don't think it's included.
If you need room service, you need to tell them.
The location is near the convention center and the boulevard, and just walking distance to the church, and the lakwatsa souvenir shop.
It's not far from the airport either. All places in the city can be reached via trike. Just 15 pesos fare. Except from and to the airport. It's 300 pesos.

The unforgettable experience, the room that I booked was given to walk in customers which ended up me and my children sleeping at the hotel lobby waiting for 7 hours (1 am to 8am, I pre alerted that it's an early check in due to our travel time schedule).
Thanks to the night shift staff (I forgot the lady staff name, but I still remember her face) who ensured that we would get a clean room by 8am. It was the day shift staff that released my room booking.
Still we will book again in the future.
Recommendable. Just need to call one day before arrival to ensure booking is secured.
Service rates as good for the lady staff that assisted us.
Recommendation: pls invest in changing all the towels and bedsheets it is obvious that need to replace to look clean.

No hay nada de fantasía , sólo una cama con una matraca y dos sillas de plástico .
La presión del agua es muy baja, buena suerte tomar la ducha.
No hay ascensor al tercero o cuarto piso, por lo que cuidado con sus rodillas.
