We had originally planned this trip as a family, but unfortunately, my parents were unable to join us due to illness. Before we even arrived, my partner received a rude call from the hotel bluntly asking, "Where are you?"—hardly a welcoming start. The receptionist unexpectedly informed my partner that my parent's room had been double-booked, meaning they had effectively sold it twice for profit. When I addressed this with her, she simply laughed and dismissed it as standard practice. Even if we had wanted to use the room, we wouldn't have been able to. Thankfully, we received a refund through *******. Aside from this issue, the shower was unpredictable, fluctuating between scalding hot and freezing cold. Breakfast was also disappointing, with a very limited selection and just one chef cooking eggs, leading to long queues and a frustrating wait. On a positive note, our room was clean, the housekeeping staff did a great job, and the hotel's location was good.
