really good and satisfying hotel!! room was really spacious and clean also with balcony and great view. one of the best we’ve ever been if we are taking about comparison of pice to the size. The breakfast could be better because it wasn’t in the restaurant. You would choose it and they would deliver to you and it was in the packages like takeout food. But I think they will change it. Perfect location near the main street in Zakopane. Highly recommend for couples and visitors which are coming to visit Zakopane, not for skiing or snowboarding just for the culture, city, experience and of course people

A wonderful hotel which made our trip all the more special . The huge bedroom and bathroom were a lovely surprise with gowns and slippers . The spa was bliss after long walks, especially as we had it all to ourself everyday! The hotel is spotlessly clean with very good customer service. Perfectly located in a nice quiet square just off the Main Street. We will be back.

As a family of 4 adults and a baby, we booked a deluxe apartment which was spacious enough for us. We love the small details of the apartment which all showed high quality. We had two balconies with nice view of the mountains surrounding. The breakfast was delicious and more than enough. We also tried both restaurants at the hotel, we loved them. We tried the SPA zone too, and we really enjoyed our time there.

Exceptional = everything was brilliant from the time we arrived at the hotel the reception staff were very helpful and professional in everything they done. Also the staff from the restaurant were very attentive nothing was too much trouble for us, room was very clean WILL definitely come back to this hotel and area looking forward to next year.

This is the best hotel in Zakopane by far. Amazing location just a block from Main Street. Its just a hidden gem! Hotel Rooms have amazing view on the mountains and one of the best restaurants in town. Must try their pizza in restaurant downstairs! Spa facility has amazing ambience and every room is professionally decorated. If you are looking for a luxury place to stay in Zakopane Aparthotel is definitely a place for you. I highly recommend for couples and family vacation!

Pleased to have made the choice to stay at the Cristina Hotel in Zakopane. We stayed in one of the family suites on the 3rd floor which easily accommodated our family of 5. The accommodation was of a very high standard from the design, quality of fixtures/furniture, cleanliness, spa and restaurants. The location is truly perfect being off the main pedestrian boulevard to give you the peace and tranquility you expect when in the mountains but yet close enough that a short stroll puts you in the middle of the town. Front desk staff are lovely, polite and professional. Happy to tend to your requests. We took advantage of the spa several times and the kids enjoyed some downtime on the PS5 that is available in the recreation room. The views from the room were beautiful. The highlight however are the two attached restaurants. On the main floor is a restaurant that has Polish food which is as elegant as it is delicious. I took pleasure in watching the chefs carefully plate amazing creations that were of an incredibly high standard. A member of our family is required to be on a strict gluten free diet. Polish food is heavily based on flour, bread etc. so you can imagine how pleased we were when our requests were met with full understanding and anything he ordered was modified to provide him a safe delicious meal. The Italian restaurant downstairs was equally amazing. The crust on the gluten free pizza was the best we have EVER tried. Breakfasts in the hotel were the best we have ever had. No exaggeration. The fresh baking, jams, spreads, juices, yoghurt, Polish breakfast, English breakfast, Croissant sandwich etc. words don’t do justice. A separate mention is necessary for the wait staff in the restaurants. Smiling, polite, professional and very prompt. Is was a pleasure being tended to by the amazing staff. Mostly young, beautiful Polish ladies that would not be out of place in the finest restaurants in London, Paris or New York. I cannot wait to return some day soon.
