Hera Zakynthos Hotel

房間還挺不錯的，帶游泳池，老闆人不錯，出門不遠有個餐館，吃了美味的烤肉和蝦加意麪。就是租車的沒按時來，耽誤行程！

Wifi auf den Zimmern Katastrophe. Wände sehr hellhörig. Einrichtung abgenutzt. Stechmücken ohne Ende. Nicht mal nur zum schlafen geeignet.

We stayed at Hera Hotel in Zakynthos for 10 days and had the most wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, Maria, the lovely owner, made us feel so welcome and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble – she truly couldn’t help us enough, and her warmth and hospitality made our stay extra special. The hotel itself is charming, comfortable, and perfectly located, making it a great base for exploring the island. Our room was spotless and well looked after throughout our stay. We genuinely felt at home and enjoyed every moment. Thank you, Maria, for making our holiday unforgettable – we will definitely be returning next year!

I never normally write reviews but do always ready them before I travel anywhere. Me and my husband stayed here for a week in Aug 2025. The apartments are ran by a lovely Greek family. The rooms are clean and spacious. They are very basic but you have all you need. Shower is a tad challenging as it was really small but your literally in & out so it was fine. The pool and pool bar is kept lovely and clean and there is always plenty of sunbeds available at any time of the day. I had read previous reviews about prices being reasonable & although I agree with this on the food/ snacks I did find the drinks fairly expensive. Prices for drinks always changed also and the spirts felt watered down. I would 100% recommend the Caesar Salad. The apartments are a good 30-40 minute walk from all the bars & restaurants. I had also read that there are a few little bars on the way down but we failed to see any at all so the walk felt tedious & boring. I would be ideal to have some bars to stop at on the way. Taxis back at night anything from 10-15 euros. There is 2 supermarkets a couple of minutes walk from the apartments which we used to purchase water. There was no cleaning cloths provided which would have been handy. The cleaner did come in everyday during our stay and the beds was re made, towels replaced and bins emptied for us. The aircon was 10 euros a night which I did feel was slightly on the expensive side also. You had no choice to pay for this as the heat was on occasions unbearable. In reception there was books that other holiday makers had left & you was able to help yourself to these. I thought that was a nice touch. Overall if you are wanting a real chilled & quiet week away in some clean & lovely apartments then you wouldn't be disappointed.

We can definitely recommend this hotel. Didn't really know what to expect as it said it only had 2 stars, but we only really needed a bed & a shower. It exceeded our expectations. Very close to the airport, 2 shops within 5 mins walk. Just over 20 mins to all restaurants and other fun. Our room was clean so was the pool and all the other areas. No problem getting a sunbed at any time of a day. There's plenty. Bar food and drinks are very reasonably priced. We only had the Greek salad there as we wanted to eat out. Maria organised everything for us! From taxis, boat trips to booking a table in restaurants. She recommended 3 places Aperitto, Spartakos and Hamsa. All great. We also had the traditional gyros and a local fish platter on the main strip in Laganas. 7 days wasn't enough and we're hoping to visit again. Thanks again Maria & the team. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean, the pool was perfect. Quiet neighborhood and the beach was in walking distance.
