很好的酒店，價格真的很便宜，性價比拉爆了。工作人員很nice.景色很美，因為酒店在山上，可以俯瞰整個海灣，我還看到了血月。超酷。山上下山自己走的累的話可以租avt自己開。酒店免費停車。

非常好的體驗，酒店前台人員耐心的幫我解決了，所有我的問題，服務周到房間乾淨，我的到達時間比較晚，和酒店協商了之後，酒店免費聯繫了出租車來機場接我，由於我是兩個訂單預訂的房型不一樣，最後酒店考慮到我的方便給我升級成了一樣的房型，早餐晚餐很好吃，豐富多樣😁

Currently on holiday in this hotel and thoroughly enjoying everything about it. The location is ideal if you want peace and quiet but less so if you want to be in the midst of the resort. The views from the hotel are amazing and for this alone I would return here for another holiday. All of the staff are extremely friendly, polite and incredibly helpful, nothing is a bother to them. Yes it's true the bathrooms are dated and could do with a facelift but I don't go on holiday to spend my time in the bathroom so it's not a huge concern to me. The breakfast is fantastic and the choice of food is immense, can't comment on the evening meal as I'm just here on a B & B basis. The bar prices are a little high compared to bars in the town centre but there's a little shop nearby and the rooms have fridges so you can stock up on drinks should you you want to. There's no problem getting a sun lounger and the hotel provide pool towels without the need for a deposit. Hired a car through the hotel which was very easy, the lovely girl on reception sorted it all for me and the car was delivered to the hotel on the day and at the time it was ordered for. I'm not sure I would class the hotel as 4* luxury as parts of it are dated and could do with being updated but it is a very high 3*. I would come back and stay here again without hesitation.

We recently stayed at the Avalon Hotel and overall had a really lovely experience. We booked the suite with the private pool, which was absolutely amazing--definitely a highlight of our stay. It was a perfect touch of luxury and made for a very relaxing trip. The breakfast was also very enjoyable. While the selection wasn't huge, everything offered was fresh and super tasty. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and polite, which added to the warm atmosphere of the hotel. That said, we did encounter a few issues related to room cleanliness and privacy. Upon arrival, we noticed hair and a razor cap left in the shower, which clearly suggested the area hadn’t properly been cleaned. After using the shower, we discovered the drain was blocked, causing water to flood the room. We had to use all of our towels, including the ones provided for the pool, to soak it up. Reception was informed, but unfortunately, the problem couldn't be resolved until the following day. Eventually, the shower was fixed and the used towels were taken away. We also had some confusion around the hotel's cleaning policy. Initially, we had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, which was removed by a staff member who informed us they no longer allow them. When we asked for our privacy to be respected but still wanted regular cleaning, the response felt a bit dismissive-saying they wouldn't clean room until we left. Later, while we were in the pool on our balcony, the cleaning manager entered our room unannounced, stating she had knocked twice. The layout of the suite is long, so more time should have been given before entering, or ideally, she should have waited for an answer. Aside from these issues, the hotel itself is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. With a bit more attention to housekeeping and guest privacy, this place would be close to perfect. Would still recommend for the great amenities and overall experience.

Start of season and not everything was set up. Lack of food etc. We had a suite and a private pool which was wonderful. The view was Amazing.. I can not fault the staff. They were all Fantastic. Could not do enough for you. Especially Alex. Kate and Zoi. And the besutiful lady behind the bar. We had a brilliant time in Greece. Ty all.xxx

Staff couldn't do enough for you, very friendly and professional. If you want to have a terrible time in Greece don't stay here, as it's impossible to not have a lovely stay. They do a handy transport service into the town and to Tsvili beach and will also transfer you to and from the airport all free. The food was lovely and a good selection, we went half board. Pool was really great, the whole hotel was very clean. I would recommend anyone to stay here, especially for the breathtaking views. If you're worried about the heat, as we did, the air con works great.
