Majestic Hotel & Spa

I stayed here with my partner and friends and the only decent thing about this place was the rooms and its location . We booked all inclusive and couldn’t eat any of the food on offer. It was either cold, raw, unappetizing, or had a swarm of flies hovering above. The “all inclusive” bar only had 3 spirits and sodas on offer, alongside premade cocktails that were heavily diluted and never seemed to be fresh. The bar man was rude and would either ignore you, be watching something on his phone or playing slots. He couldn’t even pour a beer properly (see picture). They had a one drink per person at a time policy which we felt was ridiculous as we were paying for all inclusive. We ended up having to eat out every day or buy drinks from the shop - not what you’d expect to be doing for an all inclusive stay. Was a complete waste of money and can’t recommend this place to anyone. Our rooms were fine but the maid would often let herself in even after having the DND light on. Just a heads up - there’s a charges list for if there’s any stains on towels/pillow cases etc (including makeup), most of which the prices are way too high. Location-wise, it’s right on the strip so no need to do much walking. The rooms are decently soundproof so you won’t hear any music or noise from outside. Not family friendly though. There were a couple instances where my partner and I observed other hotel guests having s*x in one of the pools. We also never seen the pools being cleaned or maintained.

Don’t really do reviews but the Majestic hotel was unreal, good location and the team at Zante rocks were extremely helpful, especially Reece who helped us have the best time possible as he showed us what events were best which ended up being class

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a peaceful vacation. Four nights in Laganas already and I can't understand how fast they are gone. We gave all we need in the hotel, we also tried the massages at the spa, which were really worth it. Laganas is a nice resort with many restaurants and things to do so we never get bored.

On this family holiday booked through love holidays website we are having a real blast. The weather couldn't have been better, the food is good, the pool is not crowded. We paid a cheap package flights and all inclusive hotel and we found more than we expected.
