Mixed reviews, upon arrival made to pay €30 tax for ‘weather change’ which was clearly them pocketing the money, the first night we arrived there was a storm in Zante, the room we were given had leaked within 2 hours of being there, went down to reception and they changed us rooms within 20 mins. Other room we booked as a group was leaking and toilet not working, ants coming into the room and complained but no help. We were told to stop complaining and just had to get on with it for the rest of the time. The pool and food was really good and the bars around was perfect location, if we didn’t have the storm I’m sure this wouldn’t been a better stay but I would’ve expected better as we had to pay an upfront charge to ‘protect this from happening’

We booked this hotel as couple wanting to experience Zante nightlife. We picked the cheapest and you kinda get what you payed for so I’m not going to moan. I have no complaints at all apart from one morning we didn’t want the room cleaned and told the cleaners and then we went to the pool for about 3 hours came back and our door was wide open… we inform reception told us they gonna look at cctv but we couldn’t see any camera on our floor we was on the top floor, they gave us air con for free for the last 3 nights as you have to pay 10 euro a night for air con but other than that it was just a pretty standard hotel and room.

Stayed at this hotel with some friends and all I got to say is that it was such a laugh! Perfect location near the beach and the nightlife. Pool area was lively, music on, drinks flowing ( shout out to the guys) and of course lots of people to meet... we mde some new friends :D Staff were cool and helpful... I lost my phone the third day I was there and everyone tried the best to help me find it in case it was around the hotel and at the end we did hahaha! Rooms were basic but fine and clean all the time, the cleaners were lovely. You do have to pay extra for the A/C but I have come across this lately by many hotels so not a biggie... Overall it was a good choice if your are there for fun and dont mind a bit of noise throughout the day becuase at night after 11pm the security guard makes everythign quiet lol so you better listen to him he is a tough one! The food was changing every time we had some good options and the snacks were good! I would definitely return to this place some time in the future!

We booked a stay at the hotel in august as a couple and had a great time to be honest. The room was basic but had everything we needed - the pool view blacony was a nice bonus. Regarding the food, it was much better than previous reviews made it out to be. It was a typical all inclusive buffet style with good variety, there was something for everyone. Personally I enjoyed it no complaints there. The pools were fantastic however the main one tended to always be crowded so we preferred the other one for some peace and quiet. Location wise the hotel's basically in the center of Laganas. Whether its shops, restaurants or bars everythings within walking distance same with the beach which was about a 5 minute stroll away. Only downside I can think of would probably be the noisy groups of youths returning from clubbing late at night but there was a night guard who was taking care of it quickly so no big issue there. If youre a light sleeper it could be a problem might have to consider using earplugs. All in all, we were really happy with our stay here. Its certainly nothing too luxurious but if youre looking for a budget getaway you cant go wrong here. We'd definitely consider visiting again some time in the future.

Great hotel on a great location with great staff . All professional! From pool guy too security , maids too dining staff and bar staff to reception/managers . Nothing is an issue. Food was lovely! Day in day out … mix of what the teenagers want and what’s local ! From a chef who’s worked and traveled in business for over 35yrs this is an honest review..Pity very few young adults are taught manners and respect anymore ? Yet it is a young fun club area with alcohol.. so got to give them little grace . If your not a social butterfly then it’s not for you (I loved it ) will be back . Tommy room 211 ..

Visiting with my 13 year old granson. The Alexander the great, proved way beyond my expectations. The location was great, a 10 minute walk to beach, which was brilliant for us. The pools were excellent, very clean and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Easy access to the drinks and snacks kiosk. The rooms were excellent also, very clean and new sheets and towels daily. The aircon worked brilliantly, you do have to pay a daily rate for this but well worth it. We really enjoyed the food, an excellent choice and different every day. Always something to suit both a 13 year old boy and a 72 year old granny. The staff all worked really hard and were friendly and very obliging. Finding us breakfast one morning after we overslept. I'm not sure if some of the people putting on poor reviews were actually staying in the same hotel as us!!!!! I can't comment on the noise level as the manager, when booking us in changed our allocated room to another when he saw I was old and had a child with me. We didnt ask for this as we had read all the info and fully understood that this can be a lively hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel for cleanliness, food quality, helpful staff and location. We traveled all inclusive with jet2 and would definitely recommend them for helpful reps and ease of travel.
