BE CAREFUL WHEN LOOKING FOR A PLACE IN ZAHLE, Lebanon. THIS WAS DISGUSTING. ************* WE LEFT. This was an absolutely filthy room with stains all over the pillowcases and blankets. this is more like a place to take someone for a few hours. 🤢 When I spoke to the woman at reception yesterday to give her a courtesy of letting them know we were checking in late, she was extremely rude, having the audacity to ask me in arabic, in a rude tone, why we canceled one night and are only staying one evening instead of two. She then told me, in Arabic, I wish you would change the date of your stay. 😳 ***. Seriously!? The only thing that was good was the gentleman, Joseph who was extremely kind and courteous, helping us to find the location because it’s difficult to find and not very clear. Understanding our plight, trying to get us to stay. Tfeh. Would you put your head on these pillows or cover your body with that blanket. According to the rude woman on the phone, it was sooooo clean and spotless. Doesn’t say much about her level of cleanliness, I guess. I’ve used ********** all over the world and have never had anyone speak to me in the manner this woman did and I’ve never seen a hotel ever booked be this disgusting 🤮
