Central Apartments Integrated Hotel

We stayed in Zadar for a week in July. Just to confirm that Central Apartments do operate as others have said. We booked through *********** and this linked to a specific apartment address and pictures. However, on arrival we were allocated to a different apartment that was ready to take us. Not complaining though because we arrived on a very early flight and at that stage were very grateful for somewhere in which to crash immediately. The apartment was perfectly located in the centre of town by the cathedral but on the top floor of a three storey building with no lift which might put off some people. Karlo is the most AMAZING host and frontman always ready with advice or just intelligent conversation. Everyone was also very attentive to the needs of my wife with food intolerances. My only constructive criticism would be that the included breakfast menu was a little limited when spending a week there. Looking back on the internet it has been more varied and if possible would be good to restore that variety. That’s a very small quibble because overall we loved our time here and in Zadar as a town. On arrival Karlo said we would fall in love with it and he was right.

Just back from a 4 night stay in Zadar. Flight came in quite late from the UK but our transfer organised through Karlo at Central Apartments worked a treat. Karlo was at one of the old town gates to greet us and take us to our accommodation. Apartment was lovely, quirky and comfortable. Zadar was a delight to visit with its many outdoor bars and restaurants. The Garden Lounge and Wine Garden became favourites for drinks and our meal at Corté was really special. Karlo was truly the best help throughout the stay. I cannot praise him highly enough. Top marks from this visitor!

Absolute Katastrophe. Mit den perfekten Bildern wird angelockt, aber die Realität sieht anders aus. Die Terrasse ist ein Hinterhof, von oben schaut jeder drauf und jeder der sonst noch in dem Gebäude ein Apartment gebucht hat läuft über die " Terrasse" um in Ihr Apartmend zu gelangen. Ameisen im Zimmer, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank verschmutzt. Das ist noch nicht das Schlimmste. Es ist sehr dunkel da die einzigen Fenster zwei Glastüren sind die mit einem Vorhang verschlossen sind. Öffnet man diese schauen die jenigen die dran vorbei laufen direkt aufs Bett. Direkt vor den Türen stehen Stühle vom Apartmend gegenüber. Privatsphäre gleich null. Es ist laut und es hängen Kabel von der Decke. Pu Schaum an den Türen liegen frei, nicht genügend Handtücher und Toilettenpapier. Personal bei Anliegen unfreundlich und Antworten inakzeptabel....Wir haben die Dinge bemängelt und sind mitten in der Nacht rausgeworfen worden. Sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt. Schaut auf *********** wir haben immer positiv bewertet, aber das geht gar nicht. Haben zum Glück was anderes gefunden und hoffen nun das wir unser Geld zurück erhalten. Kann nur davon abraten, daß schlimmste was uns bisher passiert ist und wor fliegen oft in den Irlaub Absolute disaster. The perfect pictures are attracted, but the reality looks different. The terrace is a backyard, everyone looks at it from above and everyone who has booked an apartment in the building runs over the "terrace" to get into your apartment. Ants in the room, refrigerator and freezer dirty. That's not the worst thing yet. It is very dark because the only windows are two glass doors that are closed with a curtain. If you open them, those who walk past them look directly at the bed. Directly in front of the doors are chairs from the apartment opposite. Privacy equals zero. It's loud and there are cables hanging from the ceiling. Pu foam on the doors are free, not enough towels and toilet paper. Staff with concerns unfriendly and answers unacceptable.... We criticised things and were thrown out in the middle of the night. I've never experienced anything like that before. Look at *********** we have always rated positively, but that's not possible at all. Fortunately, we found something else and now hope that we will get our money back. Can only advise against the fact that the worst things that have happened to us so far and that often fly into the Irlaub

Le foto non rendono realmente le camere. Struttura vetusta mobilio rovinato tappezzeria macchiata , bagno con forte cattivo odore e senza finestra, colazione appena sufficiente. L’entrata è decisamente decadente e senza ascensore. Esperienza da dimenticare dopo la prima notte abbiamo cambiato hotel
