Hotel North Story - Luxury Chalet - Apartments & Rooms

This great place offers first of all a warm hospitality welcome. Greeted by Johanna and her staff, who made sure our stay was enjoyable. Great and very clean apartments, lovely breakfast and free coffee and ice cream throughout the day. Unfortunately because of the weather we couldn’t use the outdoor facilities. Warmly recommended!!!

I can only write a bad review because the reservation, with prepayment, was cancelled the evening before. The hotel cancelled and gave as reason that the room has been flooded. I saw in other reviews that this happened before. A good advice, don't book here because it is not worth the hassle when you are on holliday. Eveline

This hotel cancelled our reservation for two rooms the night before we were due to arrive which was very unhelpful and surprising given we had booked it two months before. We were told by email (reason given was overbooking) and couldn't reach them by phone as they had turned their phone off. We couldn't tell whether the email was a scam or indeed whether this hotel itself is a scam. I have just read another Tripadvisor review saying that their reservation was cancelled for the same period but were given a different reason. Who knows what the truth is because the hotel was uncontactable. Don't let it put you off visiting Zabljak though as the Durmitor area is one of the most beautiful and interesting I have ever been to

Tant le personnel, très compétent et super aimable, que l'établissement très bien tenu sont à recommander. Piscine, sauna, jacuzzi, petits déjeuners très complets, propreté... enfin tout était parfait. Aux alentours passablement d'activités nature sont proposées autour de la ville qui se développe.

И, пожалуйста, пусть пословица: «Как Новый год встретишь, так его и проведёшь» – сбудется)) Потому что мы провели 2 дня в отеле великолепно! Мы много раз останавливались в Жабляке, и в отеле и апартаментах, но впервые испытали такое удовольствие от обслуживания и комфорта. Перечислю: – Невероятно любезная и внимательная девушка на рецепции. Любые просьбы исполнялись молниеносно) – В номере есть небольшая кухня, чайник и посуда первой необходимости. – Номер просторный и имеет террасу с прекрасным видом на горы. – Хорошего качества весь текстиль – полотенца, халаты, постельное белье. – На завтрак мы шли по аромату свежеиспечённых круассанов и кофе! Был даже новогодний салат Оливье (ruska salata). Всё вкусно. Кофемашина и обеденная зона открыты и доступны весь день. – На территории отеля есть уличный бассейн и джакузи, мы не пользовались, так как было ветрено) – Отель удалён от дорог и других строений. – До Национального парка Дурмитор при желании можно дойти пешком, но на машине быстрее) В нашем номере был камин и это настоящая сказка, что нам принесли дрова и разожгли его! Благодарим отель за гостеприимство и обязательно приедем ещё весной или летом.

Superbe hôtel au coeur de la montagne (Zabljak). Très belles prestations (nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement), suite spacieuse, jolie salle de bain, literie confortable, kitchenette fonctionnelle. Personnel extrêmement prévenant et disponible. Buffet petit-déjeuner correct. En un mot, parfait :) Nous avons adoré.
