El hotel está en el jardín, el paisaje es hermoso y el entorno es limpio. El hotel también cuenta con instalaciones completas, playa, piscina, gimnasio y sala de cine. Sólo el hotel de la playa puede jugar el día. Este servicio es realmente muy bueno, muchos hoteles más baratos no son muy cuidadosos que aquí. Una es que cuando todavía estamos en el coche el 2 de mayo, llamamos a la recepción para reservar una cena simple. «廣西這趟旅程，睡得最好的一晚。 🛌床品都不錯，很舒服，隔音很好，也可能是和靠邊的房有關？總之我沒有聽到走廊傳來的聲音，也沒有窗外街道的聲音，睡得很好。 🥐早餐很豐富，酒店應該有四星左右的水準。餐廳外面的這個户外場地讓我很驚喜，這可是6樓的場地啊，植物養的那個好啊，和在一樓的一樣。 🧺四台洗烘一體的洗衣機，不能滿意更多了。 📜唯一讓我有點意外的是吹風機，是老式吹風機，這裏連馬桶都用上智能馬桶了，為什麼吹風機還是這麼老式呢？整體是滿意的。如果有機會再來玉林，會再住的。»

«必須要給這家酒店五星好評！帶着小寶寶出門，本來就很折騰。到酒店辦好入住已經快半夜了，結果我手一滑，把帶出來的奶粉整個打翻在地板上。寶寶餓得哇哇哭，那個哭聲真的是撕心裂肺，我抱着她哄都哄不住。我當時整個人都慌了。酒店周邊商店早關了，周圍黑燈瞎火的，我一個外地人上哪兒買奶粉去？實在沒辦法，我抱着孩子跑到前台，幾乎是哭着問有沒有辦法。前台值班的是個小姑娘，看着也就二十齣頭。她先遞給我紙巾讓我別急，然後問了我寶寶喝什麼牌子的奶粉、多大了。我當時心想，這麼晚了，她能有啥辦法？結果小姑娘直接幫我一邊哄着小孩一邊在網上幫我看哪家商店還開門，一直在幫我選，小孩一直哭得我都有點煩了，前台小姑娘還特別有耐心。買好奶粉她也一直在房間陪着我和小孩，看我一直抱着，還主動幫我抱，説在家也有照顧侄女，真的太貼心了，等奶粉到了又立馬下樓幫我接温水沖好拿上房間給我，小孩喝了一大瓶，終於不哭了，安安靜靜睡著了。我看着那張睡着的小臉，心裏想，今天要是沒有這個姑娘，我真的不知道該怎麼辦。第二天退房的時候，我去前台專門感謝她。才知道她是前廳的客服管家七七，還是笑呵呵的，説沒事沒事，她自己也有帶小孩出門的經驗，都不容易。沒有哪家酒店的服務讓我那麼驚喜過，以後出門我都願意選擇美豪麗致這個品牌的酒店，再表揚一下玉林這家酒店的服務！有機會一定會再來。»
