本人工作原因經常出差，對酒店服務有着較高的要求。這次入住這家酒店服務是真的沒得説，每一件小事都叫人難以忘懷，這才是服務的標桿。入住當天，我因連續加班身體疲憊加上又趕了一天的路程，到達酒店時已是8點多了。前台一位短髮女經理接待的我，她主動上前詢問是否需要幫助，並迅速安排人員為我辦理了入住手續。我到房間以後已經累到攤床上了，一天沒吃飯的我本來很餓，但因疲憊的原因就想着挨一晚上算了，這時門鈴響了，打開門的那一瞬間真的是感動的不要不要的，是那位值班經理送來了羊雜碎，沒想到她觀察的那麼仔細，更沒想到的是這麼晚了還有吃的，更何況是榆林特色小吃，此時我就感覺這位帶着笑容滿面的值班經理像位很神奇的魔法師，客房每日都會擺放新鮮的水果。讓我深受感動，這次入住經歷讓我對這家酒店有了更深刻的認識和好感。我相信，這樣貼心、專業的服務一定會讓酒店贏得更多人的喜愛和信賴。
