I went to the front desk and waited at the front desk for appx 15 minutes and no one showed once i yelled out hello the lady come from back room dazed and confused i ask her a question and she jumped me yelling at me . There has been several instances where you have to wait 5-10-20 minutes sometimes and you still dont see the people . .
