The hotel is located right next to the blossom garden, in the ancient town. We could walk in the park and cave during the day and explored the town during the night which was so beautiful with the lanterns and lights on. Hotel service was good and overall we enjoyed staying at this hotel.

I am a foreigner, I don’t speak Chinese. I have traveled to Gongtan by bus from Chongqing north station. The hotel is a little bit far from the ancient town, it is about 1 km. I am however very satisfied with this booking. The quality of the room is excellent. The mattress is soft, the room has air conditioning, the bathroom is at new standard with a great view on the valley. The boss of the hotel was extremely nice and helpful with us. We took his wechat and we could then easily talk to each other. He transported us from the hotel to the entrance of the ancient town several times (on demand return trip). He did it for free, by using the van of the hotel that can accommodate a group of 6 people. He has also booked a boat trip on the river for us. The breakfast was local, it means noodles. Coffee is extra. We had a great evening at the hotel, we drank local beers and had fun at the KTV located inside the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and strongly recommends it.

UUsuario invitado作為去過很多古鎮、住過很多民宿的我們來説，這家客棧的服務真的無語。因為一行帶着5位長者，所以在訂龔灘古鎮民宿的時候我真的是精挑細選，在看到客棧介紹及圖片後，覺得硬件（洗手間浴室乾濕分離，淋浴帶暖風機）不錯，也看了大家的評論説服務也很好，最終決定選擇了喜容軒。然而所有的不愉快也從打給老闆的第二個電話開始。我們在遊覽了天生三橋和地縫後大約5點左右到達停車場，我們的包車司機讓我聯繫老闆來接我們，按照以前的經驗，進入古鎮一般老闆或者工作人員都會出來接送，但是打給老闆第一個電話，老闆指定我們在北門停車場下車，讓我們自己坐景區的觀光車進來民宿（每位2元），好的，沒有問題，我們自己進來。但是停車場衹有車沒有司機，找了一圈也沒看到人，沒辦法之下再次致電老闆，此時老闆還在強調讓我找司機，我説了沒有人，他才心不甘情不願的説，那我來接你們吧。等了幾分鐘老闆終於出現，在明知我們有6位的情況下，開的小車，最多也就可以坐4個人，放上行李，我就表示我們可以一部分人在停車場等他，麻煩他再來接我們一次，老闆給出的答案是，你們還有兩個人自己走進去吧，幾百米很近的，天吶，讓我們在從來沒有到過的古鎮自己去找，更不要説已經爬了一天的山長者有多累。再我一再要求下，老闆説那我再來接一次吧，但是要等（後來我知道因為是單行道，他要兜一圈，所以不願意吧）。我帶着3位長者跟着老闆先去了民宿，老闆在民宿下面放下了我們，此時我才發現要走很陡的台階且很長才能到民宿，也沒見到其他人來接我們，所以我自己背了大包和提了一個20寸的行李箱，3位長者跟在我後面，我們開始往上爬，爬了幾節，我抬頭就看到一個穿着睡衣的女人在民宿門口看着我們，我以為是其他客人，她就一直看着我們爬上來，在還剩幾節台階的時候，突然跑過來説我幫你吧，原來是老闆娘，還剩幾節台階你假模假樣的過來幫我們拿行李，早前在幹嘛，老闆娘趾高氣昂的説她身體不好，身體不好是你們這樣對待客人的理由嗎？真的是可笑，或者你在看到我的時候就説不好意思，身體不好幫不了你們我也就認了。兩夫妻真的不是開民宿的人，或者説他們應該僱小工來幫他們。他們兩個衹能做老闆。第二天退房我們要去碼頭坐船，順便把行李也帶走，前一晚老闆説幫我們約景區車送我們，經過了接車，我現在情願花錢做景區車。到了第二天早上老闆説送我們，但是前提是有兩個人要自己走到碼頭，本來已經滅下去火氣瞬間又點燃，真的，你開車一腳油門的事情，幹嘛那麼不願意呢？何況當晚據我觀察整個客棧就我們6個人3間房。然後老闆又問我要我們包車司機的電話，這時我其實真的不想讓他送了，但是長者一直在勸説，我就和他説你到停車場我把行李拿下來你就走吧，我自己會找司機放行李，老闆的服務意識突然覺醒，説他要服務好我們，我的老天。最終我有3位長者還是自己步行到碼頭，這位老闆太牛。整個客棧衹有老闆的媽媽是懂待客之道的，一直客客氣氣和我們説話，整個客棧完全沒有服務二字可言。最後我想説客棧的硬件再好，服務跟不上就是把自己的口碑做壞了。民宿這種就是靠口碑，或許這家老闆衹是做一次性生意，所以他不在乎客人的感受。其實哪怕客棧條件差一點，但是客棧的服務讓人暖心，差的地方大家也就自然而然接受了。

Jjirehl33Mr Dong is the friendliest guy. He even met us at the car park and help us carry our luggage up the numerous staircase. Take note that all the inns here are on high ground, not advisable to carry heavy luggage. Room is very neat and clean with awesome river view. They even offered us breakfast. Definitely recommended.

BBaoheruanruantang很喜歡這次在龔灘古鎮入住的民宿，位置在沿江第一排，不用經歷拖着拉桿箱爬青石台階的痛苦（最高據説有8、9層樓高）。經營者是一對小夫妻。1樓是咖啡館，養着小貓三兩衹，2、3樓是客房，乾淨小巧，景觀絕佳。當然硬件不能同連鎖酒店比，衞生間沒有乾濕分離這一條可能會勸退要求高的小夥伴，但看得出經營者在古鎮有限的條件內儘量做到最好的努力。遺憾此次行程匆匆衹在小鎮住了一晚，希望以後有機會再來小住幾日。

XXiaoke4WDEn realidad, otros sí, pero la búsqueda de la desayuno es intolerable, tratandonos como el equipo de la agencia de viajes, incluso el desayuno de la agencia de viajes es uno de los peores desayunos. No hay espacio para elegir. Recuerdo que me dio el desayuno en un hotel, que trató a la tripulación de viajes y a las reservas personales en línea, después de todo, el dinero que gastamos no es igual que las agencias de viajes.

No podemos decir cuántos coches hay, pero cualquier hotel o pueblo tiene que limpiarlo por sí mismo, pero la habitación del hotel es absolutamente intacta en cualquier lugar, y la higiene es realmente limpia. La primera noche que llegamos, la familia del jefe también nos invita a cenar con nuestra esposa. ¡Realmente me siento muy amable, tratar a los huéspedes como a la familia! YYaoliLa habitación está cerca, la cama está abajo para ver el corvo limpio y limpio, muy agradable, la habitación es grande.

UUsuario invitado第一次和朋友一起來龔灘古鎮入住朋友推薦的序風院（我特別尊敬的任正非任總曾經住過的地方，必須沾沾奮鬥者的光😂），結識了雅緻多才的老闆田教授。
晚間一起聊國學，聊占星，聊紫微，聊八個字（衹有這個國粹不能直説，好玩兒吧😜），彼此分享人生際遇，搶着發言😎。
特別美好的還有，就是喝了好幾款好茶，其中的白茶醇厚陽光的香氣嗅入身心，脾胃經肝膽經和腎經膀胱經先後啟動，妙不可言！
聊天結束，雖然睡覺晚了點，但依然一覺到天亮。
五點過醒來，起床功夫完畢，用古鎮的水完成乾洗澡，大昇陽氣後，又到臨河的陽台上，對着見證過無數歷史人物的烏江，吐納虎嘯一番，舒暢至極！
下樓，吃過老闆夫人羅老師（資格英語老師喲！）親手做的當地特色香菌麪，在古鎮辦完事，返回綿陽的路上，又和田教授約好，幫我也設計一下我家的院子和房間佈置，收穫又多了一層，友誼也多了一份！
感恩朋友介紹，又多了一位高能量高智慧的朋友，和自己一起樂享今生命運的美好饋贈！

Lluobei1Por casualidad vi a Gongtan en mis notas de viaje y conduje más de 1.000 kilómetros con mi familia para echar un vistazo. Encontré la posada al azar en Internet. No esperaba que la familia del propietario fuera muy hospitalaria y sencilla. Tenía miedo de que no pudiéramos encontrar el camino al estacionamiento para recogernos. El arreglo del check-in fue muy considerado. La habitación era sencilla pero higiénica y limpia, y el patio era exquisito. Al día siguiente navegamos por el río Wujiang. La hora de salida se retrasó más de 2 horas. Ella no pidió nuestra tarifa de horas extras, aunque era un área escénica comercial, pero su sencillez no ha sido comercializada. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y lo recomendamos a todos, ¡esperando tener un feliz viaje!
