Other things to note Please be aware that if you lose the keys, which is your access to the unit, it cannot be replaced for you immediately and you may lose access to the apartment and all amenities until another one can be made. There is a $200 fee for lost keys. A criminal background check is required by the management of the community. This is NOT a credit check. For mail or packages, we do not recommend them being delivered to the building/apartment to avoid issues of lost deliveries. Please check for a nearby pickup location (through Amazon lockers or UPS access point) to guarantee the receipt of your mail/packages.
