Midway Guest House

優點：位置還可以，步行到市中心大約半小時；周邊環境也不錯，附近有超市。 缺點：基本上是自助服務，房間不大，床不舒服，布草也很簡陋。沒有早餐。 暖氣應該是定時的，房間裏沒有調節器。晚上睡覺會凍醒。

This is a lovely B&B, the proprietor is a true English Gentleman, can also cook a mean full English. We stayed in room 12, up on the the top floor. It was entirely charming. The bathroom was clean though has a unusual lay out. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets and the room was cosy and warm. Tuly a lovely little B&B.

Convenient location, nice walk into city centre along the river, hosts are fantastic that they allow you to park up early. But, although bed was clean n comfy the room had stains of damp and mould. Breakfast included but never mentioned at check in n check in was so rushed didn’t feel enabled to question

nice little place, but it's advertised as bed and breakfast. I checked in tonight Thursday 30th November and asked about breakfast only to be told that there was no breakfast on Friday!!!! I would not have stayed here. Room and bed fine.

I stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting friends in York. My room was room 8 on ground floor. Room very clean and had everything you need, kettle, cups, glasses, Coffee, tea and milk, sugar. I took my own mug with me as prefer a bigger cup. The bed and pillows were very comfortable .Room had small TV (Which did come on randomly at 6am one morning, not sure if I knocked the control or whether it was set up to come on by a previous guest) The ensuite had everything you need with a few small shower gels, soaps and shampoo. Powerful shower. Car parking outside was good. I sat in the lounge both nights and it was also comfortable and had a bigger TV. I didn't have breakfast as had plans both days. Would definitely stay again in my next trip to York. Thank you!

Friendly staff, clean and very comfortable rooms, fabulous breakfast ! We were treated to some very good travel advice for the city of York. The chef who cooked our breakfast was very chatty and his breakfasts were fabulous !
