Hoteles en Yokohama con Wifi

This is my second visit, what I would say is I was really lucky last time that I booked random classic room via trip.com and I was assigned the minamimirai city+harbour view 2single bed room (which is the most exp one in non suite guest room) , this time I booked for the same view but a double bed and the room is smaller. The room is still so perfect for chill vacation. Nice walk to park or JR station in early winter, convenience shop nearby , everything is fine. Do book for Spa some weeks earlier, I just missed it this time. Hope to return in near future.

The room was spacious. I feel that it is a very significant thing to say considering that the standard room size in Japanese cities are a lot smaller (or even half the size of the room at this hotel). The location is extremely convenient coming off a shinkanzen but I wish that the hotel description can be more specific about how to find it. Google Maps are not clear enough (It said - take exit 10 to the hotel. There is no exit 10.) For other travelers, the hotel is accessed by elevator inside the Shin-yokohama station entrance. Take that elevator to the 10th floor.

Our 4th time in Japan and 2nd time in this lovely hotel. Thank you for the upgrade to the harbour view room. From Nagano to Tokyo to Yokohama. We are delighted to see the best customer service hotel receptionist again, Yuito. He attended to us during our 1st time here. And this time round, he assisted us again. We requested for extra blanket at late hour for my son as it’s very cold even though we on the heater. He sent it to our room with his smiley and friendly face despite the last hour. Thank you Yuito. U are the best staff there to us:) We bought my husband’s birthday cake at the pastry shop just beside this hotel. They have delicious cakes and pastries. While waiting for my husband to put the cake in the room fridge, I sat outside the shop while feeding my son in his stroller with doughnut that I bought from the shop. I was told off by the guy staff not to sit there even tho there’s no one out there as it’s during winter. I told him I’m feeding my son and will only sit for like 5-7mins while waiting for my husband who went up to the hotel room before we off for our itinerary. He went in to talk to other staffs, and came back to me that today will be exceptional just for me. I know the shop is not directly under Citadines but I would appreciate if the shop can place a label/sign on the table or outside the shop in English that no sitting is allowed unless dine in and not takeaway. A little understanding and kindness goes a long way.

Habría dado una calificación de 5 estrellas para el servicio, pero tuve una experiencia muy mala con este único llamado de personal Yashiro (no llevaba una etiqueta de nombre, pero nos dijo este nombre después de haber preguntado algunas veces su nombre). La habitación no estaba limpia, pero la habitación no estaba limpia. ¡Qué bien y no nos quejamos de esto! Pero necesitamos toallas nuevas. Llamamos a la recepción por separado y se ahorcó! El receptor dijo un montón de “tal vez” inglés o mezclado con japoneses, luego ahorcado. Llamé otra vez y expliqué que necesitamos toallas nuevas, ella dijo “no toallas!” ¡Apagaos! Llamé otra vez, la misma respuesta, apagamos. ¡Abajo al lobby, esta misma chica parecía molesto y dijo NO TOWELS! ¡Su nivel de servicio era muy malo y inaceptable! Sólo hasta que cuando le pedimos su nombre actuó que no entendía inglés. Entonces hablé japonés que le pedía su nombre. Entonces su actitud cambió. ¡Nos dieron 3 toallas. Dije que necesitamos 6 para 6 personas. ¡Entonces ella no dijo otra vez! ¡Dije que es ridículo si el hotel sólo tiene 4 toallas limpias! Y escribí mi experiencia en mi plataforma de reservas, y luego nos llevó a nuestro piso y dijo que había muchas toallas allí. Para ser justo, todo el personal fue muy amable, incluyendo el chico que nos inspeccionó y la chica llamada Monya que nos inspeccionó y nos ayudó a entregar los equipajes a nuestro próximo hotel. No necesito compensación de este hotel, ya que no volveré a este hotel otra vez debido a este mal personal, pero espero que la gestión pueda darle una mejor formación sobre cómo manejar las solicitudes de clientes simples con una actitud correcta.

Everything is good except high price. It had a washer and drier. Very convenient to wash and dry your clothes after morning exercise. It has a well maintained fitness room. The breakfast is not worth 2800 yen.

Best Value Hotel near to Yokohama train station! Excellent Location, Room is a good size, hotel with a bathtub, free PJ, self take items counter (including matcha powder, coffee, hairbrush, facial wash satchet, bath salt satchet,, coin laundry service and Familymart just at the door! Exit by North exit and head out East side then walk 3mins and is just there with a very simple & elegant entrance!

The location of the hotel is excellent especially there is bus services to Narita airport right in front of the hotel. The location is also near to Hammerhead pier where shopping ad food are available. The view from the window is wonderfully impressive and beautiful. The staff are all friendly and helpful The room is spacious and clean. The Ocean cafeteria located on the ground level serves excellent buffet where we enjoyed good food and Sushi. We enjoyed our stay here and would certainly recommend our friends and relatives when they visit Yokohama.

Hotel staff is as always very friendly and staff recognized us once we check in. As this is a memorial trip for my mom who visited this hotel in Nov. We stayed in the same room. The caring arrangement from hotel is always the reason we come again and again.

En el check-in y check-out el servicio lo atendía una máquina, pero él se paró a mi lado y me explicó cómo hacerlo. Fue muy agradable poder dejar mi baúl grande en un casillero. Sería genial tener una copa de bienvenida. Me gustaría que los prepararas la próxima vez. Puede ahorrar mucho dinero registrándose en la aplicación Sakuragicho Washington de Fujita Kanko. Al registrarte recibirás un set de limpieza para viajes. También hay un salón a la izquierda del mostrador de recepción que puedes utilizar.

Personal muy limpio y amable. Sin embargo, la habitación carece de la estructura interior de un hotel (especialmente un hotel de 5 estrellas). Supongo que el hotel fue renovado desde una sala de oficina normal. Puedes ver y sentir fácilmente el ”tratar de encajar”, el ”tratar de hacer una habitación de hotel”.
