The room was spacious. I feel that it is a very significant thing to say considering that the standard room size in Japanese cities are a lot smaller (or even half the size of the room at this hotel). The location is extremely convenient coming off a shinkanzen but I wish that the hotel description can be more specific about how to find it. Google Maps are not clear enough (It said - take exit 10 to the hotel. There is no exit 10.) For other travelers, the hotel is accessed by elevator inside the Shin-yokohama station entrance. Take that elevator to the 10th floor.

在橫濱住了四個晚上，這個酒店的位置還是比較好。門口不遠，有好多便利店，還有一箇中型超市去橫濱站，無論是坐地鐵還是電車都只有兩站路去海邊走路15分鐘即可去中華街也就半個小時左右。酒店衞生情況還可以吧，畢竟已經很老很老的酒店了，反正隨便湊合一下，只是責任的被子真的很奇葩，居然沒有被套的，就一個薄薄的床單，實在是有點看不懂。酒店樓有洗衣房之後人民幣15塊錢洗，如果烘乾的話就是30兩個小時 服務還可以，每天都會打掃房間的衞生 只是酒店的插座 真的好吵好吵😹酒店附近有一個租DVD的店鋪，有興趣的男士可以去觀摩一下😹😻

HhanPersonal muy limpio y amable. Sin embargo, la habitación carece de la estructura interior de un hotel (especialmente un hotel de 5 estrellas). Supongo que el hotel fue renovado desde una sala de oficina normal. Puedes ver y sentir fácilmente el ”tratar de encajar”, el ”tratar de hacer una habitación de hotel”.

UUsuario invitadoThere was some uncleaned sticky spots on the floor near the bed after we have checked into the deluxe room. Called the Customer Service and the senior CS Mr Ryoda Ito came to inspect the issue and relocated us to a different room - upgraded to an executive room at level 13, from level 4. Very prompt response which we appreciated.
Clean & well maintained room with a large sink, stove an cooking utensils, and kitchenware.
Good view of Yokohama harbour from the window.
Manyl cafes pubs, restaurants, convenient stores, chemists within 10 min walk.
Breakfast buffet is standard for 4 star Japanese hotels as expected.
Level 7 has a guest lounge, fitness room, laundry room .
Yokohama Port Post Office is next door which has ATM machine for cash withdrawal (220 JPY service charge using Visa debit card)

33LittlePigsI would have given a 5 star rating for service but got a very bad experience with this one staff call Yashiro (she wasn’t wearing a name tag but told us this name after we asked a few times for her name).
We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights, for 6 people. On the second evening when we return to the rooms, we found out that our room wasn’t cleaned. Later found out that we need to put the magnet tag outside of the door if we need cleaning. Which is fine and we were not complaining about this. But we needed new towels. We called the reception separately and got hanged up! The receptionist said a bunch of “maybe” English or mixed with Japanese, then hang up. I called again and explained we needed new towels, she said “no towels!” Then hang up. I called again, same answer, then hang up. We then go down to the lobby, this same girl looked annoyed and said NO TOWELS! Her level of service was just very bad and unacceptable!
It was only until when we asked for her name, she acted she didn’t understand English. Then I spoke in Japanese asking for her name. Then her attitude changed. Gave us 3 towels. I said we needed 6 for 6 people. Then she said no again! I said it is ridiculous if the hotel only has 4 clean towels!
And I will write my experience on my booking platform. Then she finally took us to our floor and said there are many towels there.
To be fair, all other staff was very friendly, including the boy who checked us in and the girl called Monya who checked us out and helped us with delivering the luggages to our next hotel.
I don’t need compensation from this hotel as I will not be returning to this hotel again because of this one bad staff but I surely hope management can give her better training on how to handle simple customer requests with a right attitude.

Excellent Location, Room is a good size, hotel with a bathtub, free PJ, self take items counter (including matcha powder, coffee, hairbrush, facial wash satchet, bath salt satchet,, coin laundry service and Familymart just at the door! Exit by North exit and head out East side then walk 3mins and is just there with a very simple & elegant entrance!

かかおるんだよEn el check-in y check-out el servicio lo atendía una máquina, pero él se paró a mi lado y me explicó cómo hacerlo. Fue muy agradable poder dejar mi baúl grande en un casillero. Sería genial tener una copa de bienvenida. Me gustaría que los prepararas la próxima vez. Puede ahorrar mucho dinero registrándose en la aplicación Sakuragicho Washington de Fujita Kanko. Al registrarte recibirás un set de limpieza para viajes. También hay un salón a la izquierda del mostrador de recepción que puedes utilizar.

YYuHotel is the Prince Pepe mall, so it is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is also a 7-11 in the lobby which is good. The rooms are a little small and the restroom is quite small too. There is no air-purifier at the room, which is a minus for me. Overall, I think it is okay for a short stay.

UUsuario anónimoLa ubicación está a unos 5 minutos a pie de la estación de Kannai, la recepción habla inglés, algunos de ellos hablan muy fluido, tienen humidificador pero el aire acondicionado es calefacción central, por lo que si tiene demasiado calor, la única opción que tiene es encender fuera del aire acondicionado.
