Room is clean, staff are very friendly. The only problem was the elevator , there’s only two elevators for the building in the morning it takes so long to wait for it.

With all the good things about this hotel, it may have become too popular to feel crowded, especially at breakfast time with only two small elevators.

The location of the hotel is good, its near to three gorges visitor centre, which make it convenient for us to report for tour.
During my stay of 3 nights, it happened to be the servicing period for the air-condition system. Hence we stayed without any air-condition.
There is no laundry auntie to attend to the machines in laundry room, however the reception staff helped when we need assistance. The staff are friendly and helpful, just that facilities is not that great and the hotel look a little aged.

We stayed for a night to catch the cruise and the hotel is within 3 mins easy stroll to the tourist center and Yangtze river. The shopping center and many restaurants are also within 5 to 10 minutes walk so the hotel location is fantastic.
Room is clean and we had great view to Yangtze river and bridge. Free self service laundry at 6F which is a big plus for us. Free snacks and juice in the lobby and the breakfast is good too.
Hotel staff are very friendly and considerate. Our cruise shuttle bus departs at 5:30pm and the front desk helped us extend the room for 3hrs until 5pm for only 99 Yuan so the kids and our parents can rest more.
Overall great choice for family travelling and we highly recommend!

Hotel was in good location if you want to take the Yangtze River Upstream cruise from Yichang to Chongqing. Walking distance to ticket office and shuttle bus. Great value. Breakfast not good, can be improved.

Hotel is very comfortable and easy to take the tour to visit the three gorges. Breakfast is good and room is quiet. We enjoyed both tours! Recommended! :D
