Не удалось побывать в этом отеле, так как жадность хозяев не знает предела! Забронировали номер на новогодние даты. Стоимость озвучили 16800 с учетом доп места. В итоге позже прислали смс о том, что произошел сбой в программе и стоимость номера уже составляет 30 000 рублей!!!! Это как такое может быть????? Что за сбой такой в программе ???? Спрос поднялся и решили продать номер в 2 раза дороже! Очень не порядочные хозяева!!!! Не рекомендую даже связываться с такими несерьезными людьми!!!!!!

Отзыв от знатоков - путешественников, гостивших у вас с 5 по 9 августа 2024: ставим заслуженный высший балл! Соотношение цена и качество услуг +++, сдобренные прекрасным и добрым гостеприимством! Номера большие, светлые и с качественным ремонтом, матрас и подушки созданы для крепкого сна, туалетные принадлежности далеко не эконом))-класса! Хаммам, сауна, бассейн для тех кто устал от прогулок по паркам))! Шум от поездов не напрягал от слова совсем, а вот локация шикарная - центр Ессентуков!!! На электричке 15 минут до Кисловодска и чуть больше до Пятигорска на прекрасной "Ласточке". Отдельный респект Анастасии, которая делает каждое утро не только добрым своей улыбкой и юмором, но и ВКУСНЕЙШИМ - завтраки бесподобные из наисвежайших продуктов, а подача на уровне Мишлена!!! Спасибо!!! Вернёмся))!!!

Новый чистенький отель с гостеприимным персоналом! Завтрак и посещение бассейна включены в проживание, имеется несколько зон для отдыха в том числе на 6 этаже с видом на Эльбрус. Номер большой, уютный всё новенькое нам достался с балконом на 4 этаже (401). Персонал на 5+ все общительные и доброжелательны (познакомились с Сергеем - улыбчивый дядька посоветовал куда можно съездить по КМВ) На ресепшен Ольга показала какие есть номера, забронировала, оформила документы и разрешила оставить наш чемодан на хранение на время нашей поездки в Тбилиси - спасибо ей огромное ещё раз! У нас был ранний заезд в 00:00 часов встретили разместили и спать уложили, причём завтрак входит при раннем заезде. В ресторане и на баре тоже все на позитиве, завтраки по меню хорошие красиво оформлены, вкусный кофе. Расположение два шага от ЖД Ессентуки что огромный плюс, напротив парк, магазины, столовые все рядом. Нам всё понравилось вернемся ещё !
