We have just returned home after a great 9 days here. First welcomed with big smiles at midnight with a glass of bubbly for me and my husband, and a drink for my daughter. The reception staff could have explained things a bit better as we got to the room and we realised past midnight, we didn't have a clue where the pool was and where breakfast would be etc. Then discovered further in the day you can scan the QR code on doors and walls, and all the information is on there. Even just to have been told that on arrival would have helped massively. Food is good quality and varied (always pizza, chips, chicken nuggets, fish fingers, pasta and salad even for the fussiest of eaters.) Chefs and restaurant staff work very hard (one or two need showing how to clean a table properly as most just used one same cloth, no spray and just did one wipe, leaving crumbs and left overs from the last family's meal- I understand the meal times are rushed and busy, but a table can still be wiped properly.) Aside from that, the cleanliness is second to none all around the hotel and grounds, and the cleaners are very thorough. I think the entertainment team just needed to settle in and get sorted after not long being open again. Things were listed that didn't happen or it changed nights, but I think by summer that will have all clicked and will be more organised. The team worked very hard to include everyone and ensure a good time was being had. Similar external entertainment to other hotels, acrobats, parrot show, mamma Mia show, cabaret etc all after mini disco each night. Mini disco was ok for the kids but I've seen better in other hotels. Maybe the entertainment team could dress up like we've seen in most places, or make it a bit more inviting for the kids. A lot of the nights were just 2 women doing the exact same songs in the exact same order and looked pretty bored. The room was just what we needed for 2 children, with their part of the room sectioned off, balcony, sea view and space in wardrobes and drawers for us all. Bottle steriliser for our young baby was set up ready for when we got there at midnight, and cot set up nicely. Small sandy beach right outside the hotel, with further stretches of beautiful beach further down towards the harbour which we walked, and was about 30/40 minutes from the hotel with beautiful views, restaurants and shops along the way. The outdoor pool was freezing and the weather was cloudy and windy a couple of the days so not a lot of people sat out round the pool on those days due to pool being far too cold to enjoy. My little girl loved the indoor pool though as it was heated so spent most of her time in there with plenty of other children. Again, by summer this won't be an issue as the cold pool will be welcomed in hotter weather. The lifeguard made an effort with my daughter from the day we arrived and continued to do so until we left. He was so alert and friendly, and blew his whistle regularly, preventing many accidents f

The best 4 star hotel I have ever been to. Its the staff that naked all the difference, from tge very warm welcome complimentary upgrade on arrival and the birthday cake and champagne in the room. Every member of the staff are all amazing and too many to mention. Fluffy towels in the bathroom replaced every day and the cleanliness is second to none. We visited at a particularly busy period at ge end of Marxh with plenty of families so the dining room. Felt alittle over whelming at times however food was plentiful and always something tasty for every palate. The drinks were the best all inclusive we have ever come across. Not forgetting the little cafe for lovely snacks until 5pm. The indoor pool area was busy due to the weather so kids made full use of this facility. Amazing pla e for family holidays as its geared up for kids. I woukd 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

I enjoy yoga with kim and football with kaii , i really like the services with Herve. The restaurants are really good, we eat very well. The activities are super cool for the children and for the adults too, we can dance, do sport and more. This place it’s very amazing.

We really enjoyed the massage with CICI, she is so professional and Mika gaming area very friendly the hotel is good but the food was nice but the options was a bit limited the drinks was really nice, indoor pool jazzuci was amazing….........
