«Были там с 6 утра, опоздал самолёт, до 11 часов . Большой плюс, что ресепшен круглосуточный, заселились быстро. Номер просторный, все необходимое есть, чисто. Плохо, что завтраков нет. Близко к центру, можно дойти пешком. Недалеко большой торговый центр, там можно позавтракать. Девушка на ресепшене объяснила, как дойти до центра и любезно позволила оставить вещи до отъезда. В целом могу рекомендовать на 1-2 ночи.»

También hice una excursión por la noche en Yerevan. Fue martes, pero la ciudad se sentía como el viernes –muy vibrante. La Plaza de la República es un arte, pero el observatorio es mi favorito personal.

«It's a good location, but the hotel is a little bit old, there's no elevator, so we need to carry our luggage through stairs & it's quite difficult for some with heavy luggage. Also, we didn't like the food for breakfast, maybe they have to improve next time. Anyway, the housekeeper is kind.»

«Отель выбрал случайно, нужно было поселится в этом районе, а времени на тщательное изучение не было. По итогу, лучше, чем можно было надеятся. Номер не маленький, месторасположение удачное, рядом пара хороших едален и круглосуточный exchange. Из минусов: неудобные, довольно узкие кровати и отсутствие элементарного чайника. Последнее объясняется, видимо, активным зазыванием на завтрак и обед во время заселения. Хороший середнячок, подходил для длительного проживания, особенно если спина не будет болеть от жёстких кушеток.»

«Замечательный отель, недалеко от Площади Республики. В пешей доступности всё достопримечательности центра Еревана , магазины, рестораны. Отель очень приятный, аутентичное старое здание Еревана. Отличные номера и сервис. Бар, ресторан, небольшой бассейн. Завтрак довольно разнообразный. Из минусов : недостаточное освещение для бритья в ванной( но это дело привычки просто) .»

Cchow fui ngoGreat location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done.
I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience.
The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break.
We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

EElizabethI’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much.
Check in process: 2 stars
This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached).
Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests.
When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all.
Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s).
Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars
My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me.
I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down.
Room and amenities: 5 stars
In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

Debido a los errores de reserva de mi sitio, hemos experimentado en realidad 3 categorías de habitaciones diferentes y todos fueron más allá de nuestras expectativas (para ese punto de precio) - muy conveniente que las habitaciones dobles tienen incluso dos baños
La ubicación es muy central y a pie distancia a la mayoría de las vistas y cosas que hacer
Sólo una mejora podría pensar que tendría café de una máquina para el desayuno en lugar de filtrar café

BBasharJust checked in and wanted to leave my review now since tomorrow’s my last day in Yerevan and I’ll be busy. I booked one night through Trip.com — everything is exactly as described. The room is clean, cozy, and has some nice extras: a sofa that turns into a small bed, an extra cabinet, a bidet in the bathroom, and they even offered welcome tea and water. The bed mattress is super comfortable too, which I really appreciated.
The staff are very welcoming and polite. There’s no elevator, but they’re happy to help with your bags and anything you need.
The location might be a bit tricky to find the first time since the hotel is inside a residential block. But once you get there, it’s easy to reach again. Just look for the small road right after Armeconombank, follow it all the way to the end, and when you reach the backyard, look to your right — you’ll see the building.
This review comes after changing many hotels over the past week — and honestly, this one stands out for its value, comfort, and service. Definitely booking again on my next trip to Armenia.
وصلت لتوي وحبيت أكتب تقييمي من الآن لأن بكرة آخر يوم لي في يريفان وراح أكون مشغول. حجزت ليلة وحدة فقط عن طريق Trip.com، وكل شيء كان مثل ما هو موصوف بالضبط. الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة، وفيها تفاصيل جميلة مثل كنبة تتحول لسرير صغير، خزانة إضافية، وشطاف في الحمام. كمان قدموا لي شاي وماء ترحيبي، والمرتبة مريحة جدًا وهذا شيء مهم بالنسبة لي.
الطاقم محترم ومتعاون جدًا، ما في مصعد في المبنى، لكن يساعدوك في حمل الشنط بدون تردد.
الموقع شوي مربك أول مرة لأن الفندق داخل مجمع سكني، لكن بمجرد ما توصله، بتصير الأمور أسهل بعدين. فقط امشِ في الطريق الصغير اللي بعد Armeconombank مباشرة، وكمل للآخر، ولما توصل للباحة الخلفية، شوف على يمينك وراح تلاقي المبنى.
أكتب هذا التقييم بعد تجربة وتغيير عدة فنادق خلال هذا الأسبوع، وبصراحة هذا الفندق كان من أفضلهم من ناحية الراحة والسعر والخدمة. أكيد راح أحجز فيه مرة ثانية إذا رجعت لأرمينيا

UUsuario invitadoLocated between 2 Metro Stations, accessible by walk from both. 24 hours running shops are easily found nearby. Room shape is a bit strange but it is very clean and comfortable, shower is strong enough and central heating system works well, bed is comfy, breakfast quality is superb and quite satisfactory, I liked the peach and apricot juice very much.

Чисто, в номерах все необходимое, розетки, чайник, предметы гигиены, качественное белье. Сервис - без претензий. Завтраки отличные. Отель предлагает индивидуальные туры, вот их не рекомендую, это не экскурсии, а скорее, трансферы к каким-то точкам.

OOlgaПриехала в 3 ночи. Заселили в номер, в котором кто-то спал😀 . Минут через 30 дали номер. Все чисто. Запахов лишних нет. Днем на ресепшен адекватные ребята. Написала все заранее, ждать столько ночью неприятно( за это сняла 1 звезду). В номере минибар, чай-кофе, чайник. Халатик. В моем номере на двоих был 1 крохотный шампунь , 1 крохотный гель для душа и мыльце, зубная щетка. Номер на двоих! Можно было хотя бы на двоих это положить. Итого: добираться на такси примерно 25 мин 1600денег. До автобуса-2 км от отеля. Это не центр. Вообще мне отель понравился, хорошее отношение, чисто, большие номера. Рекомендую. Завтрак тоже есть, не пробовала. О! Есть терраса на 7 этаже, спорт зал.

IIrinaSibirI choose Alex Hotel to spend half-night and morning between flights. That was good choice because taxi delivered me to the hotel in about ten minutes ( it is a few kilometers before e the city), the hotel was easy to find, and I was met and checked in at 3 in the night. The place is quiet and the room was clean. Hot water in the bathroom. I would recommend a curtain for the shower, because it was impossible to take a shower, water splashing over the entire bathroom, literally. The breakfast included rice with chick peas, smth like vegetarian shawarma, salad of cabbage and carrot, two kinds of cookies, tea, and coffee. A cost of 3000 drams is a little bit too much, in my opinion. However, in the whole, the hotel is good for overnight between flights.
