buen hotel con personal amigable descanso rápido estaba bien, ubicación fue 3 minutos a pie de uno de los buenos mercados exteriores llamados vernissage, cerca de la plaza republicana y se puede acceder fácilmente, usted debe saber que no hay personal para cuidar de sus bolsillos, el hotel no tenía rampa, La habitación estaba limpia y había construcción’ detrás del hotel que si quieres quedarse en tus habitaciones en la luz del día creo que te molestará, leer la política del hotel sobre la toalla y el agua. La habitación era limpia.

Very kind staff and attentive. Everything in the hotel was new and brillaiant. Location for the business trip was the most suitable and close to sights of Yerevan. New design furniture in the rooms and good quality clean water in the pipes to wash and drink even. As I was in the middle of the week there was a regular theatre acrobatic show - fantasic and free for guests. My advice for everybody is to find time for swimming in the opened pool on the panoramic roof, great experience. Really luxury 5* place!

The city of Yerevan was very beautiful with lovely people who doubled the memories of the trip with the hospitality of the staff of this hotel. A very clean hotel, well-behaved staff and a wide variety of breakfast that encourage us to stay in this hotel again.

It's a good location, but the hotel is a little bit old, there's no elevator, so we need to carry our luggage through stairs & it's quite difficult for some with heavy luggage. Also, we didn't like the food for breakfast, maybe they have to improve next time. Anyway, the housekeeper is kind.

Постельное, полотенца- всё идеально чистое и выглаженное👍🏻 Кровать удобная, спалось хорошо. Хозяева приветливые и ненавязчивые. До центра добирались на такси- здесь это совсем недорого (150-209₽). Мы остались довольны

I have stayed in the hotel about a couple of weeks ago. What I liked was fresh and very clean room I have got. The rest in opposite to that was not really good. The location of the hotel is strange in a kind of a nationhood with the number of car repair shops and garages, very noisy and dirty. The staff was basically friendly, but seemed scarified by the management and due to that asking for a number of redundant payment related verifications and securities. this was really annoying and discouraging. English proficiency was far not good as well. I believe the hotel has mispositioned themselves and should not take international guests in such a location and service quality. Cannot recommend to anyone

This is a small hotel, just seven floors and four rooms on each hotel, but it has a huge amount going for it and is strongly recommended. The best rooms are at the back (rooms 74, 64, 54, etc), for two reasons: one is the imposing view of Mt Ararat way to the south over the Turkish border and the other is that they are the quietest. The rooms have fridge, microwave, sink, and plates and cutlery, so you can eat in if you want: we stayed for ten days and did so several times. Don't bother getting your own breakfast, though: the breakfasts here are superb, with an amazing range to satisfy even picky eaters! The hotel is on the junction of Bagramian Avenue, which is one of the main artery roads, and Orbeli Street, so taxis can find it easily. We enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle of the downtown area, where many hotels are: a short walk down Bagramian will get you to the Bagramian stop on the Metro and from there it is two stops to Republic Square; or, as we often did, you can walk down Bagramian, which is tree-lined, and get the Metro back. There are several handy supermarkets near the hotel in the direction of the Metro and a large, fancier one down Orbeli; also, if you go up Bagramian beyond the Orbeli junction there are several great food shops on the same side of Bagramian as the hotel. The staff are wonderful and unfailingly kind, friendly and completely trustworthy. The lady who cleaned our room was Iranian with a good command of English and a fascinating person to talk to. Down in the breakfast room, at the front desk and throughout the hotel the staff are exceptional. They arranged a car with driver for us at a very reasonable rate and we took advantage of that to go to Lake Sevan; we made several other trips with the same driver and he eventually drove us up to Dilijian as well. Lastly, let's face it, you're not going to learn the Armenian script for a short stay. But you might learn the Russian script and/or bring a Russian phrase book, as a lot of signage is in Russian as well as Armenian but not Roman (eg the Metro). 'Good morning' in Armenian is easy - 'Barry Lewis' - and the staff really appreciated us saying that. 'Thank you' is more of a challenge - 'shnor-haka-loo-tyoon' - but it is worth make the effort to learn because of the smiles it brings out!

Due to booking errors from my site we actually experienced 3 different room categories and all were beyond our expectations (for that price point) - extremely convenient that the double rooms even have two bathrooms
Location is very central and walking distance to most sights and things to do
Only improvement I could think of would be having coffee from a machine for the breakfast instead of filter coffee

Hi I stay in 3 night in Artsakh Hotel There are advantage and disadvantage for hotel Advantage: 1- Clean room 2- Breakfast is medium 3- facility in hotel is very good 4- room is big 5-staff in kind and helpful Disadvantage: 1- Far is downtown 2- First days just charge one water bottle and another days not charge /If you wanna water you most pay 300 Drams (perhaps my leader is confirm is. I don`t know) 3- If you wanna see city and go to central city you most take Taxi (Minimum 1500 Dram for GO and minimum 3000 for back) I recommended this hotel for cheap travel Please attention most hotel in Yerevan is very poor in service but this hotel is top for service

Everything is great! The room is beautiful, cozy, looks stylish, large beautiful window. There is everything you need (towels, slippers, shower gel and shampoo, toothbrush, hairdryer, air conditioning, table, refrigerator) The bed is comfortable, the bed linen is clean and pleasant, the shower is excellent, the water is hot. The location is very convenient, almost the very center, five minutes away there is a SAS supermarket, where there is a currency exchange, and a little closer there is a wonderful bakery. The staff is friendly and polite, they helped with everything. Stayed for one day, very pleased with the stay, I would gladly stay here again if possible

Ttravellin131i DONT recommend this hotel: ( Especially if you are a non smoker!) : try find another hotel in the similar price range if u can. heres my honest opinion having stayed here for 5 nights. i have stayed in a room 603, on the 6th floor. room is dated which is what you paid for so its not the big problem. 6F is a non smoking floor, when i have reported a strong cigarette smell coming from the room that connects to my room. the hotel manager not only didn't take this seriously, his tone was cold and unfriendly, long story short, they have suggested that i can move to another room at 10:30pm when i have showered n have everything layout in room. i ended up was guided to the the front desk to speak to that same manager Azat. his attitude was arrogant n not customer friendly, just like on the phone. i ended up getting so upset before he said he would do something, when he called back to report that the next door customer did admit that they have smoked in the room, that was no sorry, no nothing. and i was under the impression that it was me who were bothering their evening. so when stay in the non smoking floor smells the cigarette, thats your problem, dont bother me kind of attitude, n either u move to a lower floor with a smaller room, of what do u want me to do - that sort of attitude. very bad customer service from the manager n the male staff here, but to be fair , i have met two female staff members - one who checked me in n other one when i paid for the accommodation, both of the female staff members are very helpful n attentive. a bad shot out Azat. if he is really the manager, then please send him back to training. please consider n think from a customer pov, what would u do when u r showered n about to go to bed at 10:30pm n you smell strong cigarettes smell coming to your room in a non smoking floor n the hotel give you that “ i dont give a fxxk” sort of support?

La habitación está equipada con muebles baratos que ya está agitando y cracking en las setas. Muy sucio!!! El telón de fondo de la escalera se convirtió en gris oscuro. Las maternas horribles, las primaveras están borrachas en la espalda. Bueno, sería insalubre! Después de todo, la gente viene primero al hotel para descansar de la carretera. 8. Rosetta 2, uno en el baño, uno detrás de los muebles. Cómo cargar el teléfono no está claro. 9. La vista desde la ventana hasta la plaza una vez buena en la que se rodan los ascensores y los neumáticos de coche. 10. El ascensor funciona sólo uno. En la hora de pico cuando todo va a la desayuno esperando es inútil. 11. Si no eres un amador para levantarse temprano, no vale la pena contar con el desayuno. En primer lugar, porque no encuentras una mesa limpia, limpiarlos no están en prisa. En segundo lugar, todo ya estará frío. La comida no parece apetito, la gama es muy escasa. No encontrará el desayuno europeo aquí. Incomprensible salada y salsa con tu ... Como así. Tazas de té del tamaño de un pinch. Cuando pedí una taza grande, se demostró que no tenían otras. ¡Y todo no sería nada si, por ejemplo, hubiera dos estrellas! Pero en la pared de los ascensores vemos orgullosos cuatro. Señores, elevar el nivel del hotel, quitar una estrella y hacer al menos honesto tres! Así que es sólo un divorcio! ¡Personalmente no soy más un pie!
