Sealight Family Club

A wonderful place, a wonderful adventure! I have seen many places in the world but this hotel is the one you do not want to leave, a wonderful atmosphere and great service. You cannot forget about the great commitment of the crew, always smiling and meticulous. It is also worth mentioning the great work of the local photographer working at sealight, Özgür, Ozzi is a very nice person with great skills and an even bigger heart, he shows the beauty of this place in a perfect way, I can recommend his services with a pure heart. During our stay next time, we will definitely use his services again. I highly recommend this place, it is a paradise on earth!!!

If you are looking for a quiet family targeted hotel in Kusadasi with sea view, then go in there. Find a solid not overcrowded hotel in Turkey is a special task, Sealight Family Club met this conditions almost ideally. It's a 4-star one, so there are even missed some services which families usually don't need. And if you want SPA or massage, you can go for the to the next brotherhood hotel Sealight Resort. My overall feeling is also 4/5, so all was right in there, no super surprise happened. Guests were mostly from Turkey, Poland and Czechia, other nationalities just a little. What was good ? -- Especially the pool area, enough space for everyone, no crowds, you can choose proper depth in the pools, nice palms around. Wonderful terrace with sea view, especially during sunset. Access to aquapark in the neighboring hotel - lifeguards are very kind and also small kids can go almost everywhere, what is good and important. You can also freely go round that nearby hotel, there are a bit better drinks if you wish. Rooms are having interesting floorplan and are spacy. Animator team was friendly, actively making you program during the day if you wish join. Evening show times were in good quality like in bigger resorts, what was a nice surprise. Food and drinks were as expected, smaller hotel, then a bit limited choice, but pretty enough. What could be improved ? -- In my opinion the weakest point is the beach. There are some nice terraces, enough sunbeds, anyway for kids almost nowhere to play in the sand, as the first sunbed line is being washed in the water. I recommend go to sea in the morning, afternoon there are bigger waves and the sea becomes not that blue. Room service approach is similarly quiet as the atmosphere in the hotel, towels are being changed, floor cleaned, beds stood as they are, would expect more intensive cleaning overall.

Very nice hotel. •The rooms are well maintained and definitely sufficient. The pool is also very nice. There is a lot of choice in the canteen and I think everyone will find something for themselves. The animators try very hard and there is not much animation, but I think it's enough. •I think the downside may be going down to the beach which is steep and dangerous •In addition, I would like to thank the hotel staff who do a great job specially the waiter Firat Efe and two incredibly friendly bartenders Baran and Kerem 🫶🏻🫶🏻

This whole experience was really grate i really like the food here and the whole program from the animators. For me the best animator was Sude.

Unfortunately, I have to say that I do not recommend this hotel due to many unpleasant situations that occurred during our stay. Upon arrival before 4 pm, we found our rooms dirty and had to leave our luggage in the luggage room, where our phone was stolen from our backpack. Furthermore, the reception staff was completely unprofessional and incompetent, they deceived us and offered no support in this difficult situation. Additionally, the balcony doors in our ground floor room were not securely locked, posing a danger of someone entering our room. We also found mold in the shower and yellow water served in the restaurant for tea. Cats running around the restaurant and dirty dishes also did not add charm to the place. In the end, the situation with extending the hotel stay was also very unclear and unprofessional. After being informed during the week that we could extend our stay but had to come on Saturday, it turned out that all rooms were already booked on Saturday and there was no possibility to extend. This was another lie we encountered during our stay. In conclusion, our experience at Sealight Family Club was very unsatisfactory and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. === Niestety, muszę powiedzieć, że nie polecam tego hotelu ze względu na wiele nieprzyjemnych sytuacji, które miały miejsce podczas naszego pobytu. Po przyjeździe przed 16 okazało się, że nasze pokoje są brudne i musimy zostawić bagaże w bagażowni, a następnie z tamtąd został skradziony telefon z naszego plecaka. Co gorsza, kamera nie obejmuje pokoju bagażowego, co uniemożliwiło nam znalezienie sprawcy. Obsługa recepcji była kompletnie nieprofesjonalna i nieudolna, oszukiwała nas oraz nie zaoferowała żadnego wsparcia w tej trudnej sytuacji. Dodatkowo, drzwi balkonowe w naszym pokoju na parterze nie były skutecznie zamknięte, co stwarzało niebezpieczeństwo wtargnięcia kogoś do naszego pokoju. Poza tym, w łazience znaleźliśmy grzyba pod prysznicem, a w restauracji podawana była żółta woda do herbaty. Koty biegające po restauracji oraz brudne talerze również nie dodawały uroku temu miejscu. Na koniec, sytuacja z przedłużeniem doby hotelowej również była bardzo niejasna i nieprofesjonalna. Po informacji w tygodniu, że możemy przedłużyć pobyt ale mamy przyjść w sobotę, okazało się, że w sobotę już wszystkie pokoje są zarezerwowane i nie ma takiej możliwości. To kolejne kłamstwo, które spotkało nas podczas pobytu. Podsumowując, nasze doświadczenie z pobytem w Sealight Family Club było bardzo niezadowalające i nie polecam tego hotelu nikomu.
