Liberty Kuşadası - All Inclusive

We have previously stayed at Liberty Fabay and assumed the quality of this hotel would be on a par as the same chain, nothing could be further from the truth, awful service, mostly rude arrogant staff, although there are a couple of exceptions who are very helpful and friendly, choice of food in the buffet is quite limited , Mexican a la carte , nice food but very limited menu, outdoor pools not heated, the overall size of the grounds is far small for the amount of guests, the sunbeds are crammed in like sardines, crap loud music playing from 10am till late afternoon everyday, no evening entertainment, TV in room has 2 English channels , both 24hr news, also huge apartment block in early stages of construction, so loads of noise all day

I come with my mum and the two kids aged 10&11 , when we arrived staff took our suitcases off us and we checked in we was asked if any allergies and they were heavily sign posted around the hotel and on all foods in the restaurant.Our room was lovly big and clean , we was lucky enough to get a sea view , mini fridge was stocked and all the staff couldn't do enough for you we asked for iron and board during our stay which got delivered to our room with additional robes for the children. The food in the main restaurant is nice and plenty for even fussy eaters , the snack bar had chicken nuggets chips burgers pizza and kebab meat. The cocktail list is plentiful and I've made way through it we got two ala cartes during our stay we went the Asian and the Mexican. The weather was hit and miss but expected it for april that why we booked somewhere with indoor pool but one of the pools outside was heated so was bareable for kids and adults ! There's a variety of entertainment during the day and kids club and mini disco with some kind of entertainment during the evening but I could only imagine how brilliant it gets when there's more guests. I cannot fault this hotel in the slightest all the staff have been really helpful. My daughter slipped in the lobby and the staff were quick to respond and asked us if we needed anything ie ambulance and gave us a bag of ice. The next day there was a post card through our door asking if she was ok and if we needed anything further to just ask. The hotel is beautiful and breathtaking and the staff are even more beautiful thankyou for making our week here magical

Fantastic Hotel, great selection of restaurants, The Asian Restaurant Mi was exceptional. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially Humeyra in customer service! Would have liked live music in the bar every evening to go with the great cocktails!

My husband and I visited Liberty Kusadasi in September with our 2 children, aged 5 and 2. We had a truly wonderful time. From arrival until departure the staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was to a high standard, which was clean with comfy beds and also the mini bar in the room was stocked daily. The views from our room and balcony were incredible. The buffet food was good with lots of choice, it did sometimes take a little while to get a drink order in, but the hotel was busy. The a la cartes were absolutely fantastic, we ate at the Greek, Italian and Mexican restaurants during our weeks stay. The food was to a high standard and the whole experience couldn't be faulted. We found it very easy booking the a la carts using the app and always found availablily to suit our needs. The Tokyo bar was our favourite, the cocktails here were the best we've had from an all inclusive resort, we enjoyed working our way through the cocktail menu and we were not disappointed. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff in Tokyo too, my children loved watching them making the cocktails- I think it was their holiday highlight. The pools were fab, although a little cold, we did get used to them. There was so much for the children to keep them occupied. Whilst we stayed the hotel did their own Oktober fest which was a truly memorable experience. The hotel went into so much effort for this and there was such a buzz around the place. They had themed food, drinks and entertainment. The beach was a little disappointing, as only a little bit of sand and not many loungers but we are lucky enough to live by a seaside so the beach is never a deal breaker for us. The 24 hour patisserie was nice, and they made fresh coffees here too, which was well received. Sadly no decaf anywhere on the resort though! My son has a milk allergy which we did struggle with at times as there was no dairy free options of ice cream, nothing in the patisserie was suitable for dairy free diets either. The staff were helpful in getting him a sorbet at the evening meal, although it was quite effortful so didn't always bother. Would have been nice to have some ice lollies or suitable dairy free alternatives for him as we had to walk to a local shop for something suitable each time my daughter got an ice cream. Overall a wonderful stay. We would definitely visit again and recommend the hotel.

this hotel is absolutely stunning , we have stayed in the hotel on three separate occasions and never once we found anything to complain about, from the moment you walk in and greeted by the staff at reception you are made to feel so welcome, every single member of staff that I had the pleasure of meeting was so polite and friendly, the rooms are very well laid out I am a disabled traveller and I had no problems with any of the rooms I've stayed in plenty of room to move about in, housekeeping staff are absolutely amazing they do a wonderful job of keeping your room clean and tidy with fresh lining, all the members of staff that work in the bars and restaurants are just out of this world very professional and always enjoy a laugh and joke, I am a disabled traveller with mobility problems meaning I can't walk very long distances, he photographs of the hotel can be a little bit deceiving it seems very big but actually it's it's quite compact and everything is very easy to get to, the beach is a very easy walk to, it to only took me about 5 minutes to walk to, the beach itself is clean and tidy and because the beach is private you don't get bothered by people trying to sell you souvenirs, on the right hand side as you walk down to the beach there is a Hut where the guys are located with the Jet Skis etc etc the main guy that seems to run it is a man called captain who is absolutely out of this world such a funny guy, we have rebooked the hotel for 10 days in September this year 2025, would I recommend this hotel to people that are disabled or have mobility problems yes definitely 100%, do you want to have a relaxing holiday without being bothered by anybody yes,
