Nos alojamos aquí 2 noches, la ubicación es buena, sin embargo, Yasmine Hammamet es bastante en general y realmente no hay mucho que hacer. El personal en el registro estaba tratando de hacerme pagar nuevamente a pesar de que había pagado en línea. Insistió en que debería pagar de nuevo hasta que un cliente ayudara a comunicarse. El desayuno no tenía muchas opciones y el personal no era servicial. Solo proporcionan 2 botellitas de champú, así que tendrás que asegurarte de llevar todas tus cositas. Nevera no funciona. Sin plancha, sin tetera, sin menú de bebidas. La salida de los estados en línea es a la 1:30 p. era y ella dijo 12:00.. ¿Literalmente obtienes lo que pagaste y prefieres gastar en un hotel mejor?

**Decent Value for the Price, But Far From a 4-Star Experience** We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with bed & breakfast for €60, and while the price is definitely attractive, the experience was a mixed bag. **Cleanliness:** The hotel and rooms were generally clean, and the bedsheets were fresh. However, the mattress itself was stained and not very pleasant, which was disappointing. **Bed Comfort:** This was by far one of the worst parts of the stay. The mattress was rock hard—honestly felt like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were thin, lumpy, and offered no support. We requested extra pillows three times, and although staff promised to bring them, they never followed through. **Bathroom:** Cleanliness was acceptable, but the setup was inconvenient. There was no shower head hanger, so you had to hold the shower with one hand while bathing. Towels were rough and uncomfortable, and there was always at least one missing (sometimes the floor towel, sometimes the bath towel). The courtesy toiletries were taken but never replaced. **Breakfast:** A very basic buffet with a limited selection. Pastries were inconsistent—sometimes decent, other times stale and clearly reheated leftovers. Not the kind of quality you’d expect from a supposed 4-star hotel. **Service:** A few staff members were friendly and helpful, but most seemed uninterested and disengaged, like they didn’t want to be there. We didn’t feel particularly welcomed or well-attended. **Swimming Pool Area:** This was the highlight of the hotel—clean, with clear water, nice outdoor showers, and a good vibe thanks to lively music and entertainment. **Overall:** While the hotel is clearly outdated and stuck in the late '90s in terms of decor and service, the location and pool are definite pluses. Despite the many issues, for €60 for two nights with breakfast, the price/quality ratio was decent. Just don’t expect a real 4-star experience.
