My partner and I have just returned after a one week stay at oceana , we were there to celebrate his 50th birthday I was a bit worried when I found out the hotel wasn’t a TUI blue as it was when I booked it, I need not have worried , we were greeted by the hotel manager who was super friendly, we were given a welcome drink which was great as it was so hot, I had messaged the hotel to upgrade our room to a sea view , it was so worth it , the room was very spacious and clean and the view was incredible, the pool area was very chilled and the staff at the pool bar was very helpful and incredibly hard working , the guys in the lobby bar was amazing! Fantastic drinks they were very knowledgeable and great fun especially makrahm ( I’ve probably spelt his name totally wrong! ) the food in the main restaurant was very varied , something for everyone and the staff again were great! Last but not least the lady on reception was the nicest person! So friendly and always had a smile if I had any criticisms about this hotel it would be that the beach bar doesn’t open until June and the adult only area pool needs some attention, staff were organising what looked like a new outdoor restaurant or bar which would be fantastic! We had an amazing stay at oceana the beach pool and grounds are tended to do well , the jewel in its crown tho are it’s amazing staff team , we will definitely return to this hotel

The hotel is nice has spacious rooms with sea view terraces but is aged. Some showers and other equipment needs to be renovated. Nice pools and overall friendly staff. Only at pool bar crew was lazy and unfriendly. Food was very good and a lot of variation during a week. However we also report 2 negative things 1) a staff member ( calling himself sports coordinator) behaved badly towards women, for instance took fotos from my wife without her consent and made uncomfortable compliments when I was not around. 2) the restaurant and bar crew was disappearing and not trying to calm down 2 disputes we have seen/ one even with a bad harassment of a small boy by a tourist lady and consequent reaction of his father.

We have travelled the world, but this is by far our favourite hotel. We have just returned from yet another fabulous stay at this beautiful, well run hotel. We would like to thank the management and all of the staff for looking after us whilst staying with you last week. Our room was awesome with fantastic views across the pool and the beach. The front desk manager Salah, did a wonderful job and catered for all of our requests and requirements. The restaurant offered a wide variety of fresh food at every sitting and Ameur, restaurant duty manager, always greeted us with a smile and again catered for our every need. The striking lobby bar was without doubt our favourite place to spend our evenings with other guests and the amazing bar staff. In particular Salah, made every visit special. Thank you again Hotel Oceana Spa & Suites for making our latest stay one of our best holidays we have ever had. We look forward to seeing you all next year. Keith and Judy Durn

Second time visiting Oceana. Beautiful setting right by the beach branded drinks and staff cannot do enough for you. Special mention to Salah at reception who sorted out any problems or queries we had straight away and made our holiday stress free. Just to mention that this is not now an adult only hotel just for anyone who has been before. There were not many children so still mostly adult focused. Thanks again all the staff at Oceana hopefully we will be back again!!
