Customer service was excellent! They are very helpful and cheerful. The location was perfect for places we wanted to visit- such as the beach, bar streetand ease to find food. ☺️

衞生：床單不乾淨了，床頭板裏很多頭髮，窗台上有死蟲子和活蜘蛛
設施：設施設備比較老舊，安全防盜鏈不能使用，門鈴不能用，衞生間淋浴時會自動播放音樂，比較詭異
環境：屋內較冷，沒有暖風，空調控制面板不好使，停車不方便
服務：服務比較熱情

前台小宋服務熱情，酒店地理位置真的很好，南有朝陽街煙台山走路也才幾百米，北有所城裡，一部所城裡，半部煙台史，對面就是萬達廣場愛逛街星人狂喜。酒店温馨舒適，早餐自助盡顯鹵菜風味，交通便利，停車也很方便。

酒店位置很好，就在張裕紅酒博物館斜對面，步行不到十分鐘就到朝陽街，步行20分鐘就到所城裡以及萬達廣場。酒店附近的公交站牌有17路可直達沿海一線各景點，樓下市府街也有很多餐館，用餐很方便。

酒店位於煙台市中心，有免費的停車場，離朝陽街很近，朝陽街的後面兒是餐飲一條街，吃飯逛街都很方便。這裏拍照也很出片兒。酒店服務也很好，熱情周到。

청소가 안되어있어 좀 더럽습니다
가족들이랑 왔는데 한국인 기준 겨울에 오면 방이 추울것 같아요. 저희는 히터키고도 추워서 옷 껴입고 잤습니다
위치는 정말 좋아요 와인공장 1분거리 보바 충전하는게 로비에있어요. 아침 로비직원은 친절한데 새벽 로비직원은 카드 던져서 주고 자기끼리 비웃고 기분이 안좋았어요
위치만큼은 최고입니다 봄이나 여름에 왔으면 거리랑 가격때문에 만족했을 숙손데
겨울이라 좀 많이 추웠네요 티비랑 전기도 안됐었습니다.

真的超讚這家酒店，沒想到這麼好。性價比很高，大家來煙台旅遊真的不容錯過。環境裝修很大氣舒服，很有家的感覺。而且全屋智能化，體驗奈斯。點外賣也是機器人送上來。樓下還有餐廳，前台小姐姐顏值又高服務態度賊温柔，會對我的需求及時給予滿足，還給我免費升級了房型。😘😘酒店位置也位市中心區域，離萬也近，去所城裡朝陽街都很方便快捷。特別提一句，床睡着真的超舒服，要不是很遺憾衹能呆一天了，我真的會多住幾天。下次來煙台還來這家酒店，真的狠狠get到了
