I would like to thank Piyanshan Hot Spring Hotel for a fairy tale that lasted me 5 days. Everything was so good, beautiful, tasty, healthy! There was beauty everywhere, the whole atmosphere was magical! The people who work in this amazing place are just as wonderful! A vacation that will be remembered for a lifetime. I found a place that I want to return to and that remains in my heart. Thanks to the fact that my room had its own access to fresh air, I was able to see the beauty of the night sky, beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Thank you for the gift you gave me. CCatherine scI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. First of all, the location is excellent—it’s very convenient with the West Market just across the street, making shopping and travel very easy. The service and attitude of the front desk and security staff were outstanding. They were friendly, helpful, and always eager to assist with any requests.
The room was clean, tidy, and comfortably arranged, making for a very pleasant stay. My only suggestion would be that if the bathroom door were not a glass one, it would provide more privacy, but that’s a minor detail.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel offers great value for the price, and the location, service, and environment are all top-notch. Highly recommend!

ZZingrrr1. Well located opp 延边百货大楼 and 百利城. 10 min walk to 西市场，20 min walk to 水上市场. A local big supermarket in the basement 百货大楼.
2. Polite staff all around. Given room upgrade to loft premium room with bathtub. Complimentary daily soft drinks n snacks. Unlimited drinking water. Room has 2 windows and 2 functional aircons. Good for tropical ppl who need air circulation in room.
3. Breakfast is basic but homely. Washing machine at 5th floor.
4. Easy to arrange transfers or car charters. Name cards available at front desk. Used it for charters to 图们 and 珲春. 长白山 however, closed due to bad weather during my stay.
5. Excellent value for money given the standard and cost.

AAldiceThe hotel is well located, there is a large shopping center nearby, as well as many small shops and restaurants. The room is clean, no tobacco smels. The staff is very polite and friendly, always ready to help and answer questions. Breakfast is not provided at the hotel, but this is not a problem at all. Across the street from the hotel is a large department store, on the B1 floor there is a grocery supermarket, it opens at 8.30, you can buy food there. Overall, I really liked it. It was good to sleep - the mattress was comfortable, 2 pillows to choose from, it was quiet outside the window, and there were no neighbors to hear.

El paisaje y la habitación no tienen nada que decir, 5 estrellas con elogios!!!
¡No seas duro y te pidas que te ayudes! Si no hay belleza, si quieres que tu hijo se quede más de tres personas. Se sugiere que se desmonte el baño, o puede que no haya suficiente agua caliente!

- Friendly staff with much to recommend for activities and attractions
- Free coffee and welcome drink at lobby area
Cons:
- Room comes with very narrow walking space
- Do not have a proper wardrobe and much space, especially to hang multiple winter jackets
- Our road facing room on level 2 was exposed to some noise from the traffic from main road
- Access walkway from lift to room comes with curbs that are not easy to pass with heavy luggages
Overall (Summary)
- Hotel with great location to many places which is a plus point and staff is always ready to recommend local food places. Great service with much of smile. Will book again should get to visit in the near future.

Когда мы сказали что нам нужно на станцию Яньцзи, нам организовали трансфер от отеля до станции! Я останавливаюсь здесь уже второй раз и чувствую себя как дома. рекомендую бронированию!

我們住的房間帶有浴缸及淋浴房，淋浴房間防水沒有做好，希望儘快修繕一下😊

MMarsha MarshaI had a great time in Yánjí since I planned a lot of border excursions. I can speak both Korean and Chinese comfortably to navigate this region, which is also known as the Third Korea. The location of this place was great since it was in the city center across from Yanji University. (I was assigned room 1206.)
I'm not sure which photos they're using for advertising, but my room looked far more beat up and outdated. I also killed a lot of small cockroaches that were roaming around the kitchenette area. Again, this was not a big deal for me since they weren't ginormous, but one huge cockroach did appear one day near the bathroom. It's one thing for the room to look somewhat different from the advertised photos, but please at least keep the space much cleaner. (The laundry machine was bonus, but I had to buy laundry soap next door at the convenience store. This should have been provided considering there was an empty soap box on the floor next to the machine.) The reason why I booked this place was to do frequent laundry rather than stay at a hotel...
I traveled from NYC, so it wasn't like I was an average Chinese tourist from a domestic region. This was my first visit to China since 1996.05 and I used my 10-year China visa for the first time since I applied back in 2017.08.
Note: I checked out the other rooms on the floor and they were much nicer than what I booked. I'm guessing those were listed on WeChat and the less attractive rooms are listed on here, etc.
After I checked out by 12:00 noon, I stored my luggage next door at the convenience store for a few hours. They charged CN¥5/per hour… I paid CN¥15 since I knew 3 hours was all I needed before my flight.
