一個人旅遊 最怕的就是麻煩 城際的服務 真的是讓我倍感温暖 到達酒店時 就有叔叔熱情接待 還幫忙拎了箱子 對於獨自旅行的人來説 一些幫忙的小舉動更能觸動內心 前台小姐姐也十分熱情 一路給我送到房間門口 加了聯繫方式 還給我發了一些温馨提示和旅遊攻略 吃早餐的服務更是沒話説 所有的工作人員都是眼裡有活 有問必答 甚至主動熱心詢問 我根本沒有一個人吃飯的不自在和尷尬 酒店還有助洗服務 去洗衣房洗衣服時 發現前面人還沒洗完 等了半天 不想等了 就拿了洗衣服的小卡片 留下了房間號 後來想着不放心 還是要跟阿姨説一下 阿姨人很好 問我洗的時候需不需要注意 洗好了放哪裡 最後阿姨送到房間時 天色不早了 甚至還關懷我有沒有吃晚飯 早上我出門準備自己去閑逛時 阿姨還向我道了早上好 在一樓打車時 叔叔還會問車打到沒 幫忙拉車門 對比同價位的酒店 這家在酒店服務這一塊 可以説是天花板了 因為自己的工作也有服務性質 我也能感受到 這樣高的服務水準是多麼難得 不是假模假式的客氣 而是真正的為客人們考慮 因為真誠 所以被看到 被推薦
酒店本身也很乾凈 我是敏感肌 但睡了兩夜沒有什麼問題 床墊枕頭也很舒服 房間裏五臟俱全 甚至還有體重秤！無比細心！酒店早飯也很豐富 種類很多 還有當地特色 如果硬是要説什麼問題 可能就是房間 本身的隔音 靠馬路一側的會稍微差點 已反饋 酒店的回覆也很及時
還是要感謝城際酒店 讓我此次揚州一人行 倍感舒適 希望酒店越來越好 也感謝每一位酒店工作人員 祝大家新年快樂 平安順遂

2026 Global 100 - Hoteles Gastronómico«If you visit Yangzhou, this is the only hotel I recommend anyone to stay at. It has the gorgeous Chinese garden that spreads out for miles. I stayed in building 3 (the only building offered on the internet when I booked). The hotel is connected (walk over the bridge) to the Slender Lake. Staff were very courteous and helpful. My room was tidied up everyday. Breakfast was not include in the room rate but there is a Starbuck nearby where I had my morning coffee and pastry. The room has a balcony, overlooking some trees and other building. Most of the restaurants/eateries were closed (probably due to low season). However, there are a lot of local restaurants in the old town area and Guan Dong Street; it costs about 10 Yuans to take a taxi to get there.»

Breakfast is quite medicore with a small spread, especially for an intl chain. Having free bottled warm water in the lobby is a nice touch. Gym is pretty decent too

The service was excellent from start to finish—staff were attentive, professional, and always willing to help. Most of the staff speak English, which made communication very easy and added to the overall experience.
The location is also a big advantage, with parks, museums, and shopping areas all nearby, making it convenient to explore the city.
Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yangzhou.»

I arrived a bit earlier at 11am which is way ahead of the standard check-in time, but the staff efficiently accommodated me, offering a complimentary room upgrade. While I waited for my room to be ready, the concierge added me on WeChat to keep me updated and even reminded me when the room was prepared as I enjoyed my lunch. Additionally, they ensured my luggage was delivered directly to my room without any hassle.
One of the standout features of this hotel is its innovative robot delivery service for food orders.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable stay.»

«這次來揚州玩，住到這家酒店真的太驚喜了！房間的設計很有質感，半透的紗簾把自然光濾得特別温柔，坐在窗邊的休閑椅上，看着窗外的風景，整個人都放鬆下來了。床品軟乎乎的，睡起來特別舒服，床頭的暖光燈也很有氛圍感。衞生間乾淨清爽，智能馬桶和整齊的毛巾細節都很加分。一樓還有小院可以休息吃東西，很舒服！位置離何園、東關街都很近，逛完街回來住在這裏，有種鬧中取靜的愜意感，下次來揚州還來這兒，太夯了！！！»

We also used their laundry service everyday and the staff helped us to folder the clothes when finished drying. Saved us a lot of time. Want to thank all the staff at the reception and the lobby. I only managed to get some of their names, 小周 and 小姜, but the rest of them were also very helpful!»

Ruan Yuan's ancestral home was in Yizheng, Jiangsu Province. He was born in a family of officials in Yangzhou in the 29th year of Emperor Qianlong's reign. His grandfather was a military scholar and served as a general in Hunan. His father entered the imperial academy at a young age and studied "Zuo's Spring and Autumn Annals", becoming a master of classical prose. His mother, Lin, also came from an official family and was well-versed in poetry and literature, with good cultivation. Growing up in such a family, Ruan Yuan was influenced by his family's learning from an early age and gradually became a renowned talent in both literature and martial arts. At the age of 25, Ruan Yuan passed the imperial examination and entered the officialdom. Ruan Yuan not only held high positions but was also a staunch guardian of Yangzhou's culture. He compiled "Jingji Zanggu" and edited and printed "Thirteen Classics with Commentaries and Sub-commentaries", his cultural achievements shining like stars in Yangzhou's cultural heritage.
Mr. Ruan Yuan dedicated his life to cultural inheritance and academic research. The "Jingji Zanggu" he compiled collected the essence of ancient annotations and interpretations, providing an important basis for later generations to study classics. The "Thirteen Classics with Commentaries and Sub-commentaries" he edited and printed, with its rigorous academic attitude in correcting classics, became an important model for the study of classics. The "Huangqing Jingjie" he compiled and printed was a comprehensive collection of Qing Dynasty's research on classics.
