相對於風景區周邊的喧鬧，更喜歡雲居的安靜，酒店佈局和設計帶有中國江南庭院的自然景觀，不侷促自悠閑，是我喜歡的旅居風格。酒店整體配套設施完善，酒店前台小蔡和佳佳服務很熱情，退房很貼心的送了伴手禮！

第一次來揚州，做足了功課，提前了半個多月就預訂了這家酒店，果然沒讓我們失望，酒店的位置好，交通便利，前台服務熱情周到，特別是小藏和小李兩位員工，房間乾淨整潔，智控系統非常便捷，窗外的景色也是讓人感到心曠神怡，與我預期完全一致，以後有機會再來揚州還會選擇這家雲居酒店👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

感覺是很新的酒店，大堂裏有現磨咖啡機和桂花烏龍茶供客人享用。衞浴乾濕分離，洗臉枱盆並排有兩個，洗澡熱水足。房間裏有茶具。早餐是一樓冶春小館提供的定製套餐，麪餛飩二選一，餚肉揚州乾絲二選一，蒸點一籠（菜包肉包發糕燒麥各一），白煮雞蛋和玉米段各一；白粥小米粥黃瓜紅心蘿蔔不限量。攜程會員延時到兩點退房權益用上了，小長假房價普漲的情況下，這權益含金量還是很高的。

衞生：衞生很整潔乾淨，衹是安排的第一間房裡有煙味黴味，不滿意後給換了。
環境：室外環境不錯花紅柳綠，但是室內大廳嘈雜，晚上睡覺走廊有人走動説話
設施：電梯按鍵漏電，被電了兩次，反應之後沒人處理又被電，太可怕了
服務：服務極差房間有怪味換了兩次都是應付，最後還給安排了過道口，反應電梯按鍵漏電沒人理，走廊像迷宮沒有指引，要用指甲刀也沒有，歡迎飲料就是兩罐碳酸飲料，歡迎水果幾顆破聖女果，不要還沒有，要了還嘲笑你，其他什麼贈送項目也是唬弄人的

總體感覺是收費與實際有差距，沒有門僮服務，早餐很差，簡單份餐，價位不值，不好吃，不是自取而是送餐，很慢，15分鐘沒吃上，飯量大的不夠，飯量小的吃不了，哭笑不得。比較掃興。
設施：還可以，半智能。
衞生：很乾凈。
環境：整體感覺還可以。停車方便。
服務：有些欠缺，特別是沒有門口接待，沒人負責搬運行李。

房間乾淨整潔衞生，比較新，馬桶是全自動的。大堂有自動咖啡機，自製了兩杯，喝一杯，帶上一杯去瘦西湖，完美～～小潘和小張很熱心，帶我們去了房間。離瘦西湖2-3公里，網約車很多很好叫車。
