設施：很新，房間也比較寬敞
早茶不敢恭維，管飽的水平。服務水平有待提高，每次都要喊好幾次才能拿到茶水。所謂免費咖啡的咖啡機永遠是壞的。minibar裏面的歡迎飲料就是二瓶水和一瓶茶飲。一切都是cheap加cheap。酒店周圍什麼也沒有。有套餐價可以來住住，性價比不錯，屬於價廉物可以的那種。

總體來説酒店位置不錯，離瘦西湖景區很近，周邊安靜。打掃衞生的阿姨很熱情、幹活麻利。機器人送餐很方便，工作人員有求必應。
設施：房內冰箱噪音太大了！插着電晚上睡不着覺，必須要拔掉。買回來的酸奶都沒辦法放！馬上天氣熱了會特別不方便。希望酒店儘快更換吧。智能馬桶也是時不時滴滴地響。
隔音問題也有，旁邊房間打呼嚕的聲音能聽到，睡眠淺的朋友可以參考一下。

煙花三月下揚州，這次帶老媽故地重遊揚州。選擇了這家錦江集團旗下新開的雲居酒店。設施都很新，前台非常熱情，因為我們選擇了雙床是最好的沒有辦法重新升級房間了。但是前台給了2張早餐券。早餐是冶春，很豐盛。味道也不錯。酒店提供免費咖啡，非常不錯。前台小潘小張都很熱情禮貌。

設施：房間的床很軟，電視投屏超流暢，房間minibar歡迎飲料也不收費，機器人送物很快捷方便。
衞生：房間沒有任何異味，床品也非常整潔。
環境：房間裏燈光柔和不刺眼，推開窗就是酒店內部的綠植。從酒店去何園、個園、瘦西湖都特別近。
服務：店員非常熱情，有什麼需求都會快速響應。尤其是前台小徐，關於我對訂單上不清楚的地方會非常耐心的為我講解，離店的時候還贈送了特色香氛。

隨便訂的一家酒店 結果超乎預期的好💕首先剛進門小康和小佳就幫忙拎行李，全程服務也特別貼心，熱情又禮貌，因為這個服務對這家店第一印象就很好；
其次酒店環境很乾凈安靜，離瘦西湖也近，可以在附近散步，設施也很好，有健身房洗衣間小童樂園，酒店和冶春合作的冶春小館，從小吃淮揚菜，味道也很正宗；
最後就是房間，整潔乾淨，特別滿意的是浴室還有地暖；
總之這次和朋友臨時起意來的揚州，住宿和風景特別開心

房間很不錯，前台給我升級了親子房，有問題交流也很順暢，前台小姐姐效率很高，點贊小李小潘。提的意見：親子房衣架建議多配點，地面會有點粘鞋底，走路有聲音，但是乾淨是挺乾淨的。冶春早餐套餐很好，就是每天都一樣的菜品，期待有酒店自己的自助早餐。大廳免費咖啡花茶很不錯，每天都要喝幾杯。

帶長者遊揚州，連住兩天，很舒適的酒店，服務很好。前台的女孩子很熱情，幫助我家長者熱飯、打熱水，一點也不嫌麻煩，非常感謝。酒店早餐很有特色，是揚州老字號冶春的師傅現場包的包子。

酒店在瘦西湖路，去瘦西湖等景區很近。房間夠大，有地暖有冷氣。衞生間也很大氣。送首日的水果飲料。早餐是冶春的套餐，有餛飩或陽春麪，有包子、梅花糕，還有揚大酸奶等，不用去外面排隊了吃早茶了。大堂有咖啡機，無限任飲。特別要表揚的是服務，管家和搞衞生的阿姨服務態度都非常好，有禮貌，能積極主動滿足客人的需求，特別要表揚一下管家小蔡，連不是她工作範圍內的事，她也熱情主動地幫助客人，賓至如歸。推薦推薦。
