首先説酒店的地理位置，好，出行很方便。周邊環境美，去宋夾城公園和温泉都可以預約接送。而且靠近瘦西湖東門，真是很方便。衞生也符合標準，沒問題。再説感受最好的服務從進大堂辦理入住到客房服務都很好，能看出酒店在這方面的重視程度。特別要提到小楊和小葉。早餐是趣園的套餐，除了三丁包的肥肉我接受不了，基本沒問題。早餐的服務做得很到位。幾位服務員一直笑呵呵！感覺非常好。再説設施，符合四星的標準基本沒得挑，唯獨這個客房的門開關聲音太響直接影響休息。我以為沒有裝緩沖，後來發現裝了但力量不夠，這個木門的重量和那個緩沖受力不匹配，導致每個門開關都那麼的響。本來玩的累下午回來補個午覺，一直被門的開關聲驚醒。還有就是衞生間的下水會有味道，剛進去沒感覺，晚上關了窗發現味道很重。本來都想給5分，這兩個弊端是減分項。整體感覺真不錯，想着下次來還是要住在這裏，所以希望能夠改進。

The place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.

聖誕節和朋友聚會定了這家民宿！超乎想象的值！ 很少有民宿把室內游泳池和湯池都配備的！這家是新店，設施都是全新的，還是全屋智能，麻將機，投影儀，冬天打打麻將，在湯池泡一泡，聽聽音樂，不要太享受！ 地理位置也不錯，出門就是運河風光，樓上還有一個大露台，晚上看夜景喝杯咖啡，好愜意！我是約朋友一起來的，這邊樓下的大客廳，咖啡機，製冰機，冰箱啥都有！我感覺辦個訂婚宴，生日宴應該很漂亮！我朋友直接説夏天要再來一次辦泳池party！期待期待！
