"I picked this hotel as a jump-off point to visit Guanquan Canyon and Jingbian Wave Valley. It's located in Baota district of Yan'an. The location is great as it's only five minutes walk from the Yan'an High Speed Railway Station. Even if you have big luggage like mine, it's still manageable walk to the hotel. The hotel reception was wonderful. One of the girls, unfortunately I didn't take her name, was extremely helpful and tried hard to retrieve the packages I ordered to the hotel from several storage locations for me. It shows that she was dedicated to her job to assist guests without complaints. Breakfast is available and included in my reservation. It's standard Chinese breakfast. They even provided warm orange juice which I surprisingly like. The hotel has a self-service laundry room with free detergent. This is a great plus for me. The only complain I may have is, although this is not a unique situation in China, the stinkiness of cigarette smoking in the room and corridor. Thankfully it's March when I visited as I had to close window as cigarette smell came through the window. This is very unfortunate indeed."

"Taking my parents on a red tourism trip, we chose to stay in a cave dwelling on the second day for a unique experience. It truly lived up to its reputation as the largest cave dwelling hotel – spacious, clean, and tidy, with authentic stone cave dwellings. The service was excellent, with exceptionally polite staff. A special thank you to the lovely receptionist, Zhang Wenting, who upgraded our double-kang (heated brick bed) room to a suite on the fifth floor. After checking out the next day, we discovered we might have left our Bluetooth earphones in the room, and Wenting helped us find them and even arranged for them to be delivered by courier. Excellent service! We were surprised to find the room so large, with a living room where we could even have tea. The room was very clean and hygienic, and the kang was 3.6 meters long – spacious enough for five people. My parents were extremely satisfied, saying it was much better than staying in a hotel. This cave dwelling experience was fantastic. The location is right by the Yangjialing Tunnel to the new city area, close to both the old and new city areas. It's within easy reach of the Yan'an Revolutionary Memorial Hall, Pagoda Hill, Yangjiaping, and Zaoyuan by taxi – just the starting fare. We will definitely stay at the cave dwelling hotel again next time we visit. Highly recommended!"

"En general me siento bien El precio preferencial sigue siendo aceptable para este espacio de habitación. La apariencia no es tan buena como la vista de pájaro a gran altura en la imagen jajaja Siento que como hotel estatal le falta un ambiente para caminar en el jardín. El lugar es grande pero es básicamente una plaza y un estacionamiento. El gimnasio es otro abierto al público en la planta baja, por lo que resulta un poco incómodo encontrarlo. Me encontré con el camarero que vino a limpiar a las 12 horas antes del check-out, no sé si hubo falta de comunicación o algo así. Lógicamente hay que esperar a que se complete el check-out antes de limpiar. Si el precio original es consistente con el estándar de cinco estrellas, creo que hay margen de mejora."
