First off- they say they’re a “pet friendly” hotel when in fact they only have 4 rooms on the entire property that is pets allowed!! Went to check in and was approached by Elizabeth brown, the general manager. She was dry, Cold and not understanding. Terrible qualities for a GM. Elizabeth informed me there was only ONE door guests could enter the property and To their rooms and any time someone entered through the exit there will be notification. They claim to have 24 hour surveillance and people Watching if you do something wrong that they’ll let you know. I claimed My Two dogs (small and well behaved) on *********** and thought they knew… I said I had two dogs coming in when I was receiving the room key and Then Elizabeth said I couldn’t stay because all four dogs room were booked! I traveled 4 +hours to Yakima just to get kicked off the premise!! Elizabeth was cold Hearted, not understanding, not caring, stone cold Faced and should NEVER be allowed in customer service. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.
