I planned a solo trip to Ya’an, but I can’t speak any Chinese. After arriving at my accommodation, I called for a ride to the tourist destination I wanted to visit. However, I found out that there were only rides to the destination, with no way to get back to the hotel. At that moment, I decided to go back to the hotel and asked the counter staff if there were any other places I could visit. What I received in return exceeded my expectations—they planned my entire 2-day itinerary in Ya’an for me, which made me very impressed. 大眾點評種草來的，酒店位於城區市中心，出行特方便，真的是一進店就是茶水，毛巾，甜點，水果的送上，真是第一次見酒店送歡迎儀式。很暖心！退房卡的時候，前台小姐姐還送了護手霜，用餐時候的服務人員也很熱情開朗，會耐心回答客人的問題。很喜歡，給前台小韋，小王，小李，小羅，汐姐點贊。哦 對了，入住後，還會送銀耳羹和四宮格，還有一張手寫的字條，這個字寫的好好啊！大家可以來體驗一下，酒店還有免費自助洗衣房,可以衣服

來雅安一定推薦這家酒店 ，服務超貼心。從辦理入住到退房，酒店前台小姐姐都十分熱情且貼心，不會讓客人覺得侷促。房間隔音也不錯，各種生活用品配置齊全。入住期間也貼心的提供了歡迎點心和糖水。特別要感謝酒店工作人員，雖然我訂的房間衹含兩份早餐，但酒店前台小姐姐根據我們入住的人數贈送了一份。早餐部兩位女士的服務很專業，周到。總之，這次入住體驗超出預期，給我印象深刻，下次有機會還會選擇這家酒店。

房間乾淨舒適，設施齊備，服務態度熱情，有歡迎甜品和零食贈送。還有可選擇個性化早餐，比較貼心。我們當天晚上10點才到雅安，前台美女一直在酒店門口等候，酒店工作人員幫拿行李到房間。網上買葯，酒店工作人員還幫忙送到房間門口。值得點贊！
