房間環境，佈置，服務都不錯哦！入住第一天早上沒有包括早餐，兩個人自費了48元，吃完後，感覺還行，第二天早上為了方便，又去買早餐券，工作人員是一位小美女，她問我可以辦一下會員，以後就可以房屋打折並贈送早餐，謝謝提醒。

這個差評真的要給到酒店，我定的家庭房，進去一看我真的震驚了，給前台打電話，告訴我家庭房就是這樣，我説貴妃椅呢，她説那把椅子就是，小床臨時加的，晃晃悠悠。一晚上“吱扭吱扭”的，主打的就是不穩，看看網頁宣傳圖裡床長得啥樣，關鍵是怎麼做到理直氣壯的，好好解釋能理解，就一句都一樣，實在理解不了你們酒店服務人員的作風，還有就是馬桶上個客人拉的還沒刷乾淨呢，也不能這麼糊弄吧

剛入住這家酒店，第一感覺就是“真香”！房間超大，空間感十足，住起來一點不壓抑，感覺特別舒適。整個酒店看着就很新，裝潢很有格調，細節之處都處理得很好，能感受到酒店的用心。停車也很方便，有停車場，不用擔心找不到停車位，對於開車出行的我來説，這點太重要了。
電動窗簾的設計簡直太人性化了，輕輕一按就能調節光線，再也不用費力拉窗簾啦。床更是讓我驚喜，床墊軟硬適中，睡起來特別舒服，躺上去瞬間就能放鬆身心，一覺睡到天亮，簡直是疲憊旅人的救星。
而且酒店的位置超棒，離胖東來很近，出門就能逛商場，購物、吃飯、娛樂都很方便，完全不用擔心出行問題。
總之，這次入住體驗太棒了！下次還會再來，強烈推薦給需要住宿的朋友們。

設施：齊全完好
衞生：乾淨整潔
服務：細緻周到
前台小姐姐很貼心，退房也很方便。早餐挺豐盛的，隔音也不錯，很安靜，休息的不錯。小機器人很可愛。還給提供了胖東來購物指南。可惜趕路到的時間時間太晚了早上走的早，沒去。前台小姐姐給推薦的禹州十三碗很好吃。

平時出差經常選維也納，這次全家到許昌旅遊，網上綜合看了下，決定就訂維也納。
房間環境不錯住着很舒適，前台小姐姐也很熱情服務挺好的，停車方便，距離胖東來也很近，推薦入住！

因為想去胖東來逛逛，大年初四晚上到的，當時訂不到雙床間了，大床房就剩一間，我們訂的一晚上800多，平時房價也就200多，感覺被宰了！建議大家以後不要湊這個熱鬧去。

房間很大，很乾凈，設備實在齊全。早餐很足夠，包子特別好吃。位置也很好，曹魏古城，胖東來，360，萬達廣場都在2公里之內。許昌西站也不遠，公交車很方便。服務員也都很友善！
