第一晚住的親子房，第二晚這的隔壁更好的親子房，但第一晚住的時候隔壁就沒人住，而且白天有人修復，第二天別工作人員告知泡池沒修好，前一天擔心的還是發生了，工作人員説要不換一房間，可小孩喜歡那個LOFT，於是住的那個泡池壞了的，之前在三向他們確認就是泡池有問題其他的設施都沒問題，晚上遊玩一天入住才發現，浴室沒有放洗漱用品的架子，智能馬桶壞的，上完不沖下次上的時候沖，最後老公拿手機操作半天。房費酒店給打的85折，但是算下來就比第一晚的便宜30，而且還不能泡温泉，好多設施也不好使這，大大的減分。
