Hoteles en Xining con Piscina

El hotel es un hotel con buenas vistas al centro de Xining. Cerca de las tiendas, restaurantes y un hermoso parque río. El personal era amigable y acomodable. No se habla mucho inglés, pero se van de su camino a ayudar.

I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.

Very nice hotel. Large clean and modern rooms. Comfortable bed. Room was a little warm so kept the window open all night and the heater off. Close to restaurants. Felt well taken care of. Would stay there again.

We loved our two bedroom apartment at Sebel which is attached to Sofitel. The decoration and layout was so comfortable. We also appreciate the French touch of the design. I wished that quarantine hotels in China will be of this quality. I can stay in for 2 weeks.

住過這麼多酒店，這家真的脱穎而出！環境清幽寧靜，彷彿鬧中取靜的世外桃源。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，健身房和泳池設施嶄新。前台小姐姐辦理入住很快，尤其小張小姐姐全程耐心指導，還貼心送了歡迎水果和酸奶，房間細節滿滿，愛了愛了 ，位置絕佳，周邊美食和景點都很近，下次出行，這裏依舊是我的首選！

La habitación en el hotel fue sorprendente y especialmente considerando el precio que pagamos. 10/10.
