«Room was clean & spacious but spare & under furnished, there is a large table, but more counter space would be appreciated. There was constant traffic noise, nonstop car honking & the occasional train. Location is convenient, under ten minutes walk from train station. Using the washer required a scan and registration, why make it so frustratingly complicated ? There is a packaged breakfast that one can purchase for ten rmb, or go to Ji Hotel for their buffet at 40 rmb (make sure their hostess don’t overcharge you)»

Al lado está la ciudad mayorista de productos básicos, y la comida tibetana KFC en la planta baja tiene todo tipo de comida deliciosa. Puedes pedir comida en el hotel, sabe bien y el precio es razonable. A los niños les gusta comer. él. La habitación para padres e hijos donde vivían nuestros adultos y cuatro niños era muy cómoda y espaciosa. Elegiré quedarme aquí la próxima vez que tenga la oportunidad de venir a Xining. El servicio brindado por Xiao Sun en la recepción fue muy bueno y considerado. ¡Me gusta 👍! Recomendado para quedarse!»

«The location is wonderful if you need the train, as it is literally just outside the train station, less than 10 minutes' walking from your train. We needed the day room to rest between the morning and evening trains, and it works well for us. However, there are some issues we did not like. 1. We booked and paid through Trip, but at the receipton (we checked in early, which was great!) the receiptionst requested 100 rmb, which he said was a deposit that must be paid on the spot, and will be refunded in the morning. This was suspicious to us because nothing of this sort was stated on Trip, and no other bookings in China we made through Trip ever required any deposits, even less so in cash. When I showed him the original booking and payment, and insisted that we are only taking the room for the day, he stopped insisting on the ”deposit.” 2. The room used to be very nice, indeed, and preserves some of that niceness still: the bed is wonderful, with crispy linen, multiple different pillows, and very clean. the bathroom is nicely decorated and contained basic amenities, and the storage space is wonderful and spacious. However, like in some other Chinese hotels we stayed, the indicators of maintenance are the shower and the carpeting. In this room, the bed is super clean, but the bathroom and carpeting are either poorly cleaned, or not at all. We found hair and even a wrapping in the shower, while the carpeting in the room, elevator, and corridors was not cleaned in a long time. And yet, there are some such nice touches in this room, like the living creeper placed in a small vase in the bathroom, or the very nice wardrobe. The room is currently missing a fridge (although there is space for it), and it has not AC, although the corridors are cooled well. Instead, there is a fan, which in the afternoon heat barely helped.»

«The hotel had a gym, cafe, and a morning breakfast buffet. The room was large and gave a nice view of the city. The staff helped with any questions or requests. They helped me setup their address in the Chinese delivery app *******. They also turned up the heating in the room when I requested that too. The buffet is norming 58 RMB per day, for the food offered this is quite high. The bread was stale and a lot of the food was cold or had an old taste too it. Luckily I was there in the winter when it was free and had no cost. Perhaps in the summer with the cost of 58 RMB the food is fresher. However, I would say that the food available had a lot of variety, with both Chinese and Western options. Room: 10/10 Staff: 10/10 Location: 8/10 Buffet: 6.5/10 Now I would upload images of the hotel but I only filmed it and didn't take photos and trip.com only allows photos.»

«La ubicación es muy conveniente, a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de metro y cerca de atracciones y restaurantes. La recepción fue muy atenta, con un registro rápido y recomendaciones proactivas de atracciones cercanas. La habitación estaba limpia y tranquila, la ropa de cama era suave y cómoda, y dormí profundamente. Las comodidades también fueron muy útiles, con abundante agua caliente y un aire acondicionado potente. El desayuno era muy variado y estaba delicioso. La experiencia en general fue excelente. Ya lo he recomendado a mis amigos y sin duda volveré a alojarme aquí.»

«The stay was really nice. The room was spacious and clean. Also the view was amazing. They also have a free self aundry with washing maschin and dryer, which we highly appreciated. «Located next to a river, and to an office building - which looks new but empty. The room itself is huge, arranged in a typical 5-star Chinese hotel lay out. The room is spacious, with more than ample room for big luggage and space to hang our winter clothing. There is complex control of the lighting, and heating & insulation is good. Shower water pressure is strong and temperature is hot. The one main downside is the toilet bowl that wouldn't flush. We had to ask the service man to come on both days. There is a need to upgrade their pumping system for the bowl. Breakfast is Chinese oriented with the eccentricities of yak meat and goat yogurt. The servings appears to be Halal as no pork is served and the cooks are Muslims.»
