This is a proper 4 star hotel. The bed is very comfortable. The toiletries are pretty good, the towels are soft and neat. It even includes a bath tub and has a clothes iron. There is a comfortable sofa to lounge on. There is no AC, but Xining is usually cold a d you wouldn't need an AC. The location is great too. Its overlooking the river.
The only issues are
1. The breakfast spread is very very limited
2. It's a very old hotel and smells like one
If you are okay with the limited breakfast spread and the smell, then this is a great hotel for the price.

衞生：衞生好，打掃的很乾凈，住多天也每天打掃

1.房間冷，巨冷，冬天的青海房間沒有暖氣，問了説暖氣維修，不提前説。冬天維修暖氣是個人才酒店。凍感冒，放的電暖氣也不熱。房間巨冷巨冷🥶避雷
2.電暖氣不熱就算了，熱水也不熱，放水半小時熱一點，還會出現渾濁的水，水大部分都是温熱狀態，今天直接冷水沒有，是不是默認有了熱水不用冷水，我不理解。
3.入住前明明寫有免費停車之類，去了問了説酒店沒有停車場，現在直接改了，這種訊息不及時更新誤導消費者。
4.電視跟擺設一樣，還需要專門師傅開!

設施：空調壞的，沒有熱風，打電話給總枱也不給換房間，衹給加了一床被子；插座對大功率電器限制多，吹風機衹能用衞生間專用插孔，插孔還是壞的，打電話給總枱反饋還是不換房間，大半夜讓工程師傅來修，我拒絕了🌚難道不要睡覺的嗎🥱
衞生：尚可。
服務：贈送早餐，不過不是餐廳熱乎的，衹是圖六的乾糧🤣

作為一家西寧的老牌四星酒店，整體還是很不錯的，除了設施稍嫌老舊了一些，服務上，房間的格局佈置都保留了一定的水準。
酒店位置很不錯，在市中心區域，周邊不遠就是幾個大的商圈，吃飯和逛景點都比較方便。
房間樓層不錯，安靜，視野好，酒店前台的服務也很麻利。早餐比較豐富，有現煮的麪條和粉，小菜也種類比較多。
退房用了權益，可以免費到下午4點，很不錯，正好休息下去機場，下回來西寧還會考慮住在這邊。

青海遊第二站，這家西寧市中心的酒店非常不錯，停車場大哥很熱情，告訴我們吃特色菜的地方和美食街，酒店是一整棟大樓，有自己的停車場，如果停不下還會指引去其他地方停報銷停車費，點贊👍🏻酒店設施也很好，乾燥的大西北還陪了加濕器，下次來西寧還會住這裏。
