From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with genuine warmth and a welcoming smile from the front desk staff. They weren’t just friendly — they were incredibly attentive, patient, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Whether it was helping with directions, offering travel tips, or making sure my room needs were met perfectly, they handled everything with such professionalism and kindness.
It’s rare to find hotel staff who truly care, but here it felt like they treated every guest like family. The check-in was effortless, communication was smooth despite the language difference, and they were always ready to help at any hour. My experience here left me with such a positive impression of Chinese hospitality, and I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit. This is my first time visiting 四姑娘山 , and I’m so happy I chose this hotel! The staff is incredibly kind—we even got an upgraded room with a breathtaking view. The scenery here is truly stunning. Thank you for making our stay so special!

New hotel. Clean. We got room upgrades for free. Comfy bed. Great heater. It does not Locate on the main road but no problem if you travel with car. Disposable towel. Toilet and shower is not separate. Wet and dry area is not separate. Convenient store is in walking distance.

Very helpful staff. The boss really helped us with all our requests and even drove us for free to one of the supermarkets. The room was very nice and had a great view of the river and valley. Great stay overall!

The room is spacious and warm, but they only provide disposable towel. When I asked for extra disposable towel because it’s not enough, they don’t wanna give you more disposable towel, and keep asking why do we want more of them. The alley to access this hotel is very narrow.
