房間環境和體驗很不錯，可以算得上五星級；減分項如下： 1.酒店電梯比較差，梯內地毯很臟，高檔減分 2.早餐品類太少，除了現煮的麪食，其他幾乎沒啥太多選擇了，建議豐富水果，盒裝酸奶啥的，麪包火腿等（同步刀叉餐具） 3.早餐地板太油比較黏腳，地板清潔沒做到位 4.服務員的服務待提升，大酒店服務員見到客人應該微笑禮貌問好，而不是見面無表情走過 5.退房前台接卡應保持微笑雙手接卡，實際未做到 整體總結，環境可以算大酒店標準，衞生和服務需要系統化培訓和提升
