是朋友去年12月份出差的時候住過這家酒店，他説這家酒店設施設備都挺好的，然後人員的服務比較好，很細心。但是也沒有就是讓人感覺不舒服的樣子。本來是跟朋友兩個人隨機旅遊的，湘潭也衹是路過的，本來想在高鐵站附近隨便對付一下的，後面聽朋友的就還是選擇了這一家酒店，嘗試着聯繫了朋友表揚的那個工作人員叫Tom，中文好像是叫王盼。聯繫的時候晚上快十點了，他聽到後問我們高鐵幾點到，等我們出站的時候他居然在高鐵站開車等着了！！！這麼多次旅行是從未有過的體驗！！並沒有因為我衹住一晚上就敷衍了事或者是很公式化的那種服務。接到我們以後在車上細心的向我們推薦了湘潭的幾個景點啊，酒店附近好吃的地方啊，隨後朋友表示有點餓了想先去吃東西，Tom聽後就直接送我們去吃飯的地方了，推薦我們點好菜以後還交代了店家注意我們的口味，忌口！！真的很細心！！這個時候我們都還沒辦理入住！！真的旅行這麼多人，大大小小住過幾十家不同的酒店了這是第一次遇到這麼貼心的服務了。真的很感動，在想給車費和紅包想表示感謝的時候這個小哥哥也婉拒了，表示衹要我們對酒店滿意就好，住的滿意就好。人生總是充滿着這樣那樣的驚喜，沒想到第一次能因為一個陌生人這樣感動，也許在很多人其他人看來這種做法也許不值一提，但是我想説的是把小事情做好，做的讓人感動了就是了不起！為Tom點贊！為九華希爾頓惠庭酒店點贊！
