超乎意料地好，在項城能有這樣一個酒店真的很讓人驚艷。唯一不好的就是前台的女服務員服務態度太差，我打電話要求多送條被子，直接説沒有就給我電話掛了，我打三次都説沒有多餘的被子，然後就掛電話，根本沒法溝通，正規的錦江之星酒店竟然有這樣的服務員也真是沒人可用了吧😡😡。後來還是前台的男員工説找找看有沒有，不一會兒就給送過來了，説話更像是經過正規培訓的，最起碼有耐心並且認真負責！給前台的男服務員點贊

剛入住房間桌子上就有一根很長的頭髮，馬桶也巨臟，衞生真的很堪憂，值夜班的前台第一時間幫忙上去看了，給換了一間房。換房也沒有説給升級，空調異響嚴重，還有那個小夜燈，真的是過於靈敏 一翻身就亮，最最最重要的是酒店隔音巨差，超級差，隔音差的不得了！一晚上全都是機器人和隔壁客人説話的聲音，整個晚上沒睡着。酒店衹會説換一間房，連個耳塞都不會提供嗎？處理方案也是差的不得了，不會再去踩雷，大家也要注意避坑……
